Viewers, if watching this refer to his maps. My family is selling our farm with tremendous views of the Walland Gap. Nestled between Townsend and Pigeon Forge Roughly over a hundred acres with rolling hills and pasture fields with the best views of the Walland Gap. The old “Kyker” farm. Look into it if having more land than neighbors is what you desire.

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

Hi, Chevy! This is Evelyn, Sean Jackson's mom of the Sean, Andi, & Ryleigh Jackson family. I just heard about Sweetwater from a neighbor of mine here in Gold Beach, OR. Apparently, she has family there. Sean told me you'd made this video, so of course I had to check it out. Looks like a sweet town (pun intended)! I hope you realize you're a hero in the eyes of the Jackson family -- and the Strubs, as well. Thank you for taking such good care of them!

Dandridge has just about everything that you would need. Plenty of restaurants (thanks to having a major exit on I-40) and I very nice Food City. The scenery is absolutely beautiful with amazing views of the Smokies! No Walmart but one is located 9 miles away in Jefferson City. Dandridge is a small historical town and the place I plan on moving to when I retire.

I live in Knoxville and I came from living in AZ for 17yrs so from no humidity to much more. However, you don't feel the mugginess of the humidity till the temps hit about 80-85 degrees and up. If it's 70 outside and 90% humidity, you can't even tell. And in the winter the humidity helps the temps feel not as cold, unlike what he said in the video. Hope that helps

Home prices have skyrocketed since 2016 here in ET. We bought our current home in 2018: 4 bed 3 bath full brick 2500 square ft on main level with full basement and 1500 square ft finished in the basement. We paid $290,000. Today, our house is worth well over half a million. Its nuts. The thing about it is, we would love to move, but there is no where to go without spending upwards of $7 or $800k.

In the Bristol tn area a 1400sq ft on an acre inside the city limits are around $450,000.00-$500,000.00. That would be without kitchen remodels, bath remodels etc , so add another $45,000.00-$100,000.00 to get it up to speed. This area is for retirees with extra cash on hand.

Then Dandridge was a secret, not anymore. Bought in the very early 1990s relocating from Michigan, friends would say where is that? Still it took awhile for the southern mindset to subside, they hated outsiders (northerners) and quite frankly would tell you so . That generation has passed on now and more of a cultural mix of people who are no longer strict territorialists Outside ideas is more prevoyant today as I never thought we would see alcohol being sold within the county. It was dry and always a firm no to alcohol sales and beer. Now alcohol is sold in county and no one cares. Still the town has held on to architectural traditions and not splurged on modernism plaguing most small towns.
