I’m raising my child bilingual and looking for advice regarding our specific situation. Does anyone have any recommendations on who I can chat with? Maybe a consultation with an expert online?

As an Indian the 'You correct my english, I correct your face' caught me completely off guard 🤣
Did you seriously just say that Chinese are the least brainwashed people you ever met? .....

I’ve just returned to the USA after 4 years in China. It’s funny that the things you experienced as “reverse culture shock” were things I experienced as “culture shock” when I arrived in China. Especially the tissue and looking tooooo close for tooooo long 😂

Hello, Rui. I love your channel. I am American and when I returned to the U.S. from Japan, all of my American friends were so busy and required an appointment...a week in advance. The only friend who was spontaneous was my Mexican-American friend. We would meet 1 or 2 hours after our phone call!!! That was wonderful a d we became good friends that way!!! You shouldn't really go out in flip flops in the U.S. or in France or Southern Spain unless you are at the beach. I have never seen a french woman in a sweatsuit except at the gym.

1. Lol what, chinese are brainwashed, and the ones who move overseas with all the freedom to educate themselves without a censored internet but still insist the follow the CCPs lies are the most brainwashed and ignorant. 2. He was bad. Black and white issue. He caused more people to die than anyone in history. He set china backwards and down a dark path that it is still not off. 3. Japanese are superior is a weird thing to so. Why would anyone say to another person that one country is superior than another? 4. Mainland chinese lack creativity. Its the truth. And is a result of the government largely.

Hi Rui, thanks for sharing this ideas. I just want to ask, did your kids had any trouble with the majority language where you live, or started later then other kids to speak? I keep reading that multilingual kids develop slower the speeking skill. I'm Romanian and my wife is Chinese, and we live in UK. So we're not quite sure how to approach this with the baby, since between the two of us we speak English, and each of us just speak our own maternal language. Thanks

Love interracial unions. Just goes to show that people shouldn't be racist and that we are all one race! Otherwise we cannot reproduce, nature wouldn't let it!

Omg finally I am able to find someone who have the same feelings! I’m native Japanese and when I speaking in Japanese I get very polite and sometimes I get very nervous to being honest. On the other hand when I speaking English I get so optimistic, talkative, straightforward and, out going at the same time. Thank you for sharing this video I really liked it💖
