Great presentation! As a matter of fact, I took a classroom (boot camp) training on the Agile MBA course and understood the philosophy of the Scrum framework to some extent. Around 7:07, you keep referring the Development team as Scrum team. That’s incorrect. Scrum team is comprised of Prod Mgr, Scrum Master, and Dev team.

Explanation of each phases of Scrum was excellent, here is a small clarification, I work in a team where Agile/Scrum is not followed , we are using Waterfall model. Are there any changes in present Scrum/Agile process or its all standard process which is followed?
