@Carticiak The speed is in kph. DJI still needs to add full OSD compatibility for Inav. It shoes the question marks in BF compatibility mode.

@Carticiak Thanks, I'm using 2x Xing 2306 2405 kv motors with 5" P4 props on 4S. It's also quite efficient when cruising. Will hopefully soon chase/fly with my buddy and his Dolphin

@@alexkacani7185 O4 lite is imo rushed and not durable but luckily it is fully protected in this frame. I've crashed it a few times. Just make sure that crappy double connector has some additional glue to hold it together 😉 DJI still has quite a bit of home work to clean it up.

@alexkacani7185 Mate, no issue - glad if I can help 😉. I'm using a Bambulab P1S but the A1 or A1 mini are also more than enough. Basically any of the current printers can print TPU - also other brands. Bambulab are just very easy to get going and use. I'm using e6000 glue but anything similar that stays a bit flexible should work fine (shoegoo etc.)

Thanks a lot. It's nothing special to be honest. Just the uav tech preset for 2-4" micros with rpm filtering enabled and elrs 250hz settings preset in betaflight. Have fun with this little ripper 🤙👍

A very good observation bro ;) In fact the Lil Matey2 does have a better fitting tune. I guess I would need to push the Kiss settings on the Shorty up one notch. Otherwise both fly well and I like them but my Lil Matey2 (both of the 2 I've got) were flown more and I gained confidence with them - they are just smooth. I also like to fly the Shorty but it's more noise from larger props spinning fast - my 7" is also less noisy. So basically it was also the flight time on the 5" 6S that was better but with the o4 I've got even more flight time with the Lil Matey2 with cheap and light GNB 4S 720mah HV's ;) But let's say it's a large remote spot I guess the 5" could also be more fun.

@ No, Piratframes updated their TPU parts on Thingiverse for the Lil Matey2, Punch and Shorty with O4 parts. They also informed people on FB about the new parts 😉

@@ch3m1c Thanks mate! Hard decision, it‘s lighter than the o3 so it also works well in lighter builds. O4 lite isn‘t that good (yet) with the narrow fov for freestyle imho.

I think you did the right thing as frames will get updates and new ones will be designed for O4. There are TPU cam mounts for the Lil Matey2 that put it at a 17° fixed uptilt. The cam is pretty well protected but not 100% - like if you fly straight into a pole. Otherwise it fits nicely and for me this works great even so I did always fly with 20-30° before. I might drop a picture of it in the stories so it's better visable.

Thanks a lot! I don't know the 2"YMZFPV but I higly recommend the Kayoumini. It has been created to mimick kind of a 5" quad and it is super durable. The did quit a lot of testing with different pilots and can recommend the exact motors, props, lipo etc. for the build. @sebdewey Platy has provided TPU mounts for all sorts of cams and on Friday the o4 mount was released. You can print them yourself or buy them or have somebody print them for you. Yep, it is really durable and does protect the cam well

@ speaking of firmware, the O4 pro does use the full sensor either in 4:3 as in 16:9. So you would assume that it is possible for DJI to develop on the O4 lite as well..

@@thommylue I don‘t know enough about cams but all other fpv cams of the hd system have that lens distortion specially on very wide modes. lols true. But I wouldn't mind 15° more on each side and the props visible. As you could still crop it out or for other they could use stabilization and still have enough FoV. Having more options would be great ;) But yeah, I also enjoy it now. Cheers mate

Yes, I know what you mean. I can only fly properly if it is set to 4:3 and wide - that is the mach FoV and I still think it is narrow. Me personnally I could not fly when I set it to 16:9. and if you are used to 140-160° FoV then it will be quite hard... I will also try to open a support request on the DJI site and maybe get an answer if this will be changed.

I hear you mate. Hopefully it can be made wider as you can see no lens bending on the outside... it seems that they copied the settings from the Neo. Surely FoV is personal perception but It would make it much more versatile.
