I know all you haters want to say I overcooked this steak. Not everyone likes a raw steak. In fact that's the point. The same people who like raw steak are the same people who choke through a cigar just to seem tough. I hate the taste of raw meat. Flank steak can be well done and tender. You can have both
@astrophelil6 күн бұрын
its called medium rare lol not raw just at least try it its not bad.
@40Thrive5 күн бұрын
@@astrophelil I've had medium rare, but again the point of this video is to show how forgiving the flank Steak is. I didn't come this far in life without eating a medium rare steak

You suck. Don’t ever cook a steak again. It was done when you pulled it out of the pan.

Look you eat at whatever temp you like, but at least get a good sear on it.

I think the camera lied. This had a sear on it. Any darker it would be burnt

False. This was truly the best and most tender steak I've ever had. If you know how to cook a flank you can still have a well done tender steak

My father in law died at age 89 a week ago, but to my husband, he died 10 years ago. While everyone at the funeral was grieving, we were just glad it was over. His glares, with no words spoken, his anger and utter dislike for us, over. You're lucky to miss her.

What a wonderful life to share with her. I lost my mother in 2020. Only had her for 30 years. Losing a parent is a lonely club no one wants to join. But once you’re here you realize you aren’t alone. Losing people is hard but its journey we all take and I pray we all are greeted by our loved ones when our book is completed.

I never wore a face mask through the entire pandemic and never took the vaccine I never got sick…It’s probably your diet that is making you sick. Modern medicine does not solve the root problem it just covers it up it’s just a hamster wheel of deception.

I totally agree with sprinting over longer runs, however a long run here and there adds to your cardiovascular health ." Fartlek" which is both combined is the best form. So there is three, personally i would do sprinting 3 times out out 5 but until max effort. I would fartlek 2 out of 5 times to improve and a long run once out of 5 because a long run adds Stamina.
