Now unfortunately, companies are focused on percentages as an indication of results. However, if a corporate team can focus 100% on teamwork, then the results will be reciprocal. The mirror image of percentages. That's why it's so important to perform as a team. The percentages will follow.

People don't have to be a fan of Alabama to admire this guy. I'm really going to miss him on the sidelines the lesson he taught his players of mental toughness an accountability are worth more than 3 million dollars that can disappear the lessons he's talking here last a lifetime.

Everything coach Saban said, of course, is true. This man thinks a lot about things, in a practical way. That's what competition will do for you. You can't live a fantasy life, because the competition will hand your head back to you. So coach Saban has obviously thought things through, in the undoubtely hyper-competitive environment of D1 football, and he is absolutely right. There is only one way to success, and that's reaching it. If you aren't successful, then you haven't gone about it the right way. Because success is attainable.

Here just after the retirement announcement. I believe I speak for anyone who’s watched you coach or listens to this video: Thank you for everything, Coach. You’ve showed the world what it means to be unbreakable.

@storytelling phoenix - fix music noise; it is too damn loud and it is ruining this video. You don’t meed music if the message is already good. Gave you thumb down because of the music noise. I am willing to change it if you are willing to fix the music noise

You have to be tougher than what the world throws at you. When you're bleeding, broken and your friends are dying around you. The world doesn't care. The world has never shed one tear for any one individual. You shed your own tears. Those are the tears that leave your mark in life.

Nick Saban gets great players because he is a great coach, he knows how to coach these players regardless of if he gets good players or bad, he knows exactly what to say and do, he’s a true West Virginian 😁
