transpose tool - that little cog in the row of icons - bend curve. then just use the handles to move it about.

hold down crtl in transpose. move it a distance then let go of ctrl and keep moving. it will create an array.

The work is very great but in my opinion I think it should be the larger figure to be able to appreciate those small details because I feel that they are lost in sight and in paint, but it looks great on you! :D

CurveTriFill. you may need to decrease the Stroke > Curve > CurveStep to get better corners / sharp bits.

resin defiantly, Fused filament yes if you have it well calibrated for some of the smaller models. I would also recommend PVA supports to prevent damage.
