Hi, Sir i have one small query. When we are calculating the eps for the preference shareholder it is taken as 3,50,000/ 5,50,000, but these two things are preference dividend and number of equity shares, two different things are taken in calculation. Sir can we compare preference dividend with number of shares while calculating eps for convertible preference shares. I am confused on this part. Why are we taking two different things in formula?? Thanks

Sir in last question q ,31 how will be NCI same in both partal goodwill and full goodwill as in full goodwill it will be 320(640*50%) but in partial it will be net of fair value of asset so it should be 290 (580*50%)
