Given how the Baldric Worf wears from the second season of Star atrek: The Next Generation through to Star Trek: Nemesis is sort of chain based with leather strips woven between the links, You'd probably get annoyed if you tried drawing him. The baldric he wore in the first season of Star Trek: The Next Generation was reused from the original series and was a woven prop.

I was similarly excited when they announced that Jason Momoa was cast to portray Lobo in the new DCU. The man looks the part and has the comedic chops to play the role of The Main Man. And, like you, I was also surprised when they cast him to play Aquaman and was a little skeptical but MAN did he deliver it in spades! In fact, the first Aquaman movie was the best of the bunch and that's a hill I am willing to die on.

What would you be giving up by doing a lobo story? You didnt create him. Jack Kirby helped create the characters and got shafted, totally different

The Lobo story I have in mind is a short story that I wrote awhile back for fun. It's a high octane action comedy. Since I'm the writer, I have complete freedom to do anything with no editorial or corporation interference. Let's face it, Lobo the intergalactic bounty hunter, is a fairly generic character and concept. I can easily come up with a similar character and own it 100%. If the story and its characters become a big hit, I reap all the benefits.

@@frankchoartist Totally agree with that! Time and energy are finite resources, after all. And if you are in that point in your career where you can choose projects, it makes total sense to keep your best work for yourself. Do the work for the Big Two for the paycheck of course but keep your creations for yourself.

That is one sick Lobo, comes with great commentary. I remember my first exposure to lobo, he beat superman. Was it adventures of superman or what? Superman escaped by faking his own death. Still have Lobo's back mini series. Crazy art by Bisley.

I have an art piece suggestion for you that combines monsters and beautiful women. The Character is Scream, She's a Marvel character and one of the few Female Symbiote characters out there. The Symbiote is the second most famous offspring of the Venom symbiote having been extracted from the Venom Symbiote during the 1993 Venom: Lethal Protector story by the nefarious Life Foundation to be used as superpowered security guards, The Scream symbiote was bonded with a woman named Donna Diego. Venom and Spider-Man defeated Her and the other symbiotes but they came back a year later in Venom: Separation Anxiety where it was revealed Donna had severe mental illness in the form of Schizophrenia and she had a psychotic break in that story killing the hosts of the other symbiotes. Following the Planet of the Symbiotes story in the '90s She was trying to atone for what she had done to her former colleagues by helping surviving symbiotes and their hosts learn to coexist with each other.
