Were you planning to continue over the Colle del Nivolet (and Colle Galisia) to Val d'Isere? Or were you just up there to see it knowing you would turn back?

Wow, this scenery is amazing, such a wonderful and diverse country, you really hit the jackpot with this itinerary, well done.

I really enjoyed watching this. The scenery is amazing. Where did you sleep? Can you set up camp almost anywhere? Are there certain forests where you are allowed to set up camp? Like in USA you can camp off the grid in any national forest. Is there something similar to that in Spain?
@BikeTripsbe8 ай бұрын
Thx Molly. I slept in hotels and hostals (because I like a good shower and a comfy bed!). I have no experience with camping, and I think it is not allowed to camp in Spain if the public land is not designated for camping...

Thx! I was sleeping in hotels. Nothing booked in advance, but used the online info to find rooms in the area.

Awesome video mate. Your video is so inspiring. I have been in Malaga and Pic du Mi di before, and I would very much like to ride through the Pyrenees, Spain to France. If ever you consider doing this again, would you mind if I join you? lol.

A part ça, bravo 👏

Merci.

Thank you so much for these inspiring films. Beautifully shot and seamless music editing. I've been thinking of exploring the Spanish Lapland area and you've convinced me to do it. I've looked at your wikiloc route, but can I ask what resources you used when planning this trip please? I can't wait to see where you go next. Keep safe.👍

Superb inspirational film. Which to do first, this or Cuenca? Thank you so much for the effort in sharing your adventures.
@BikeTripsbe2 жыл бұрын
Thx, Adrian! This one is getting older... Not sure what the tracks are nowadays. Cuenca is younger. If you like the high mountains, an AlpenCross is a classic ride to do. Also the weather is more unpredictable. Cuenca is more surprising and more chance to have nice weather. But... both trips are a great experience !!

Hi, great video! I am looking at routes in Spain. When I go onto komoot and make a route it says it is 50 percent path, 10 percent gravel, 10 percent single track for example. What is considered a path in Spain?
@BikeTripsbe2 жыл бұрын
Hello Nick, path are mainly dirt roads and double tracks. There 's a detailed legend for the use of the Komoot map. www.komoot.com/help/map
