Good luck with the trip! It's so nice, I'm planning to do it a 2nd time, also this summer.
@colinvincent65997 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the info. Will you do exactly the same route this time or will you change it a bit ?
@BikeTripsbe7 жыл бұрын
I will most certainly do 80% of the same route. The beginning and the end will be different; I would like to start around Almeria and cross the south part of the Sierra Nevada (white villages, Alpujarras) like I did in the 2016 trip across Andalusia. The end will not go through the Bardenas Reales (a desert where the best tracks are not accessible anymore) to the Atlantic Ocean; I prefer go to the east, to the Mediterranean because I've never been there and it looks interesting. The difficulty will be to do everything in 14 days... especially now I plan to take a drone with me...
@colinvincent65997 жыл бұрын
14 days is tough. I noticed from your gpx files for Trans Spain that your average speed was about 12.5 mph which is fast with so many hills. I did consider The Trans Andalusia route especially as I have friends who live near the route who I could stay with but the Trans Spain video sold that route to me. The video really does capture the magic of the Spanish varied terrain. I look forward to your next video. I have watched them all now.
@j.23806 жыл бұрын
Hey! I really enjoyed your video, it was amazing. How you found off-road, gravel roads? Did you use GPS or some kind of application?
@BikeTripsbe6 жыл бұрын
Hello Jazmin, I downloaded many many of gpx tracks from other users, and combined them to a track that seemed interesting to me. On Google Earth/Satellite I then tried to figure out if the tracks were on gravel or on asphalt. Then you also have the OSM (Open Street Maps) where there's a lot of information about the kind of road...
@Carlos-qz7ul2 жыл бұрын
A part ça, bravo 👏
@BikeTripsbe2 жыл бұрын
Merci. Il me semblait être "visuellement plus intéressant" de ne pas montrer le voyage dans l'ordre chronologique, pour essayer de rester passionnant... Mais ça fait plaisir de lire que tu as aimé!!

@ColinCadden9 жыл бұрын
Fantastic. I have also flown over Spain and wondered what it would be like to cycle north from Malaga. Did you find a route easily enough and how much was off-road?
@BikeTripsbe9 жыл бұрын
+Colin Cadden I downloaded hundreds of gpx-files found on the internet and combined them to have a route that interested me. The first 1000km must be around 95% off-road (sounds impossible, but Spain has a lot of non-private off-road tracks). Up North: a little more on-road but it has to be possible to ride a off-road too is one has got more time to find the right tracks!

Adobe Premiere Pro to stabilise the shots, improve the colours, and render the movie at a bitrate >20Mbps before uploading. (I hope this answers your question..!)
@MatOnMac9 жыл бұрын
BikeTrips.be Hi Do you speak french? It will be more easy for me. Que veux dire ProTune mode? Merci @+.Matt
@BikeTripsbe9 жыл бұрын
@MatOnMac9 жыл бұрын
.Matt
