Holding those shovel bolts with your finger going on or off is no good. Had a guy on the farm slice right thru the palm of his hand trying to hold the bolt head.

I grew up farming with my grandfather and as I got my own farm and farming his farm along with mine I had my share of frustration with my grandfather but wouldn't be where I'm at without his guidance but boy some of those day's were extremely long and tested my patience but I miss him everyday

I grew up on dairy farm nothing like it your kids are lucky and having time of there life. We have some beef cows now and cut an bale round and square hay, our kids are 6 and 13 they help with hay operation Kids learn good work ethic around farming.

Here in Maryland we milk 800 to 900 and getting bigger and we milk 3 times and a tank load of milk goes out everyday love my job been working for the same family for over 25 years
