Quang,I wonder why all your short videos are repeated in the longer videos. For that reason I only watched your short videos bcs you must know that viewers' available time is limited. We don't want to watch what we have seen before unless we saw it 100 years ago Lolz 😅. Most people do not have the patience to sit through a video like that so we skip the parts we had already watched since we can't waste our precious time. If you don't avoid repeats like that your videos won't become popular. The views are very low despite your having been around since mid 2023. Well it's up to you. I can only offer my opinion bcs I have to move on. In life the only constant is change so in order to survive we must all change. All the best!

Hi Quang,you did not show the proper processes for finally obtaining white pepper. I know bcs I live in a country that produces pepper. It is not as straight forward as arriving at black pepper. You just need to wash/dry thoroughly the raw green pepper to obtain black pepper. Before you can get white pepper you have to soak the raw red pepper for a week. You then separate the red skin from the pepper proper and dry them. After thorough drying only will you obtain white pepper. The process of obtaining white pepper is more tedious yet white pepper seems to be cheaper than black. However,you need less white to get the job done. I prefer black pepper bcs I like the smell better. In fact when you dried the raw green pepper I saw a lot of raw red ones among them. You have to separate the green from the red bcs the raw red pepper will not give you black pepper!

This vegetable is NOT MUSTARD GREEN. It is not chye sim in hokkien/minnan or choy sum in cantonese/sawi in malay. This is what the chinese where I live use to make pickled or salted vegetable/sauerkraut. We call it local salted vege bcs the type that we import from China is round. It's made from the same vegetable but that variety is more rounded in shape and has very fleshy stems. In hokkien/minnan this vege that guang grew is called kua chye/kau choy in cantonese. If eaten fresh (stir-fried) it has a bitter after-taste so it is best to pickle it. This long type goes very well with duck. Make a stew with some nutmeg seeds. Make sure to break the seed for the lovely nutmeg smell to seep into your duck-salted vege stew. The round type is good if you slow-boil the salted vege with pork ribs/tomatoes and add soft tofu just before serving.

We enjoy quiet videos better bcs after listening to the same sounds for an extended period of time we get a headache! Lastly b4 I forget. Your neighbours are very helpful. Do not forget them.
