1:12 this comic in particular really struck a cord with me because I vividly remember playing with my brother and another kid in a tree and I lost my balance, desperately tried to grasp for a branch but instead I grabbed ahold of a twig, which snapped, sending me crashing to the ground, and that panel with the mother crying made me think back at what could’ve happened of I didn’t land on grass and mud but there was only concrete underneath and if I hit my head in any way other than landing solely landing on my back and that thought terrifies me to this day

@@stormkulit look in the comments of any P&B comic or comic dub that focuses on Brutus's past (such as his backstory comic or his PTSD comic), you will find some comments mentioning Brutus' brother (referring to Julius). The thing is, Julius is not a real character, and Brutus is not confirmed to have any siblings. But this fancomic was made BEFORE the official backstory comic, so that's why it was able to fool people. This comic also fooled me when I first saw it, and I was looking through all of pet foolery's comics to find it. 😂😭

Ty, I deeply share your feelings about the precious souls of animals and, I think, a similar spiritual path. Many years ago, I , too, was a vet tech. It broke me in a much shorter time. 😂. Humans who continue to do the compassionate work of rescuing, caring for, and adopting the dear animals in need are my heroes as well as the animals themselves. I. too, look forward to being united again with all the critters I have known and have yet to know and love.

The disturbing thing about this relationship is that if you have read Greek Mythology, Persephone is the daughter of Demeter and Zeus. Hades is Zeus’ brother, which means that Persephone is dating her own uncle. Very disturbing if you ask me.
