Robin knew he would take his own life soon after this. He knew that if this would end up being his final theatrical release then he wanted it to be perfect

Seeing this in theaters was hard. Not a dry eye in the audience. If you weren’t full on crying there was definitely tears running down the face. RIP Robin Williams. The world truly misses you.

I didn’t realize back then this is Ben and Robin‘s last seen together. Robin Williams was a really funny man and I was so disappointed he passed away. That scene where he says smile my boy it’s sunrise always makes me tear up. RIP Robin Williams. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Didn’t expect to have such an emotional response to this. Seeing him in these movies hits closer to home because I saw them in theaters, most of his other iconic performances were from before my time.

This character and the man who brought him to life were so important to me as a child. I was inspired by him, wanted to be like him. He was the father figure wished i had but never really did. Imiss him so much. It will forever be my biggest regret that I never got to meet him and tell him what he meant to me in person. I know I couldn't have possibly changed what happened. But some part of me wishes i could have just talked to him. Even once. "Smile my boy, It's sunrise"

One of the many times i wish i, or someone close to them, could reach back in time grab those we lose by the scruff of the neck and drag them to now, and say "Look! LOOK YOU BASTARD! This is what happens if you follow through with this! This much heartbreak and hurt! Thousands, millions love you! Remember that!"
