Do you know if this model has a heater brew group? Tom's Coffee Corner guy really thinks the heated brew group helps extract the right flavour as it keeps the water from cooling when it hits the brew group. Hope that makes sense.

This is honestly the worst coffee grinder I ever bought in my. life. Every morning it's a huge mess on the counter, as the top is designed wrong. I don't want to put it on its head to put my grind in my coffee machine. I always have to put my finger in it to get all the coffee grind out. Seriously. Do not buy this coffee grinder. I am today buying another one. I cannot take it anymore.

I refused to read about it or seek for solutions because I knew that no matter what I took, my insomnia was working at a deeper level than brain chemistry: It was an existential shock that I had to get used slowly to. After two years I have improved my sleep, but I have way to go still. Recently I started to read more about it, as I feel that the shock is over, and it cheered me up to stumble upon your video. It made me feel like I belong to my own family of insomniacs, like there is people with whom I could laugh and cry about all of this horrible experience. One thing I did often during the worst nights was to imagine that I was lying in bed next to another person who is suffering from this out there; then I would imagine a giant bed with a hundred people struggling through this, and the fear of not being able to sleep would become less important, like "who cares anymore?" I knew that my insomnia was coming from an existential place, so I used those nights to visit the dark forest of my humanness. It ended up becoming an adventure in its own right. I don't know if there is an element of philosophy in your insomnia, but I hope you are able to turn this tragedy into an experience of learning :) Thank you again for sharing.

Hi, You didn't address the function of all three filters. Why do only two of the filters have additional filter screen inserts and the third one does not? It looks like you are only using the one that has no insert. So here's the scoop (pun intended).... The filter without the additional filter screen is for pre measured coffee packets. Makes sense. The other two filters have an additional filter screen installed in the bottom. There is a rubber pull tab that allows one to pull the filter screen out for cleaning. The filter with two "spoon" symbols stamped into it is for making a double espresso. The filter with a single "spoon" symbol stamped into it is for a single espresso. Peace....
