This is exactly what I use for my coffee drinks. I use 50% of Elmhurst and 50% of Califia. Elmhurst is $2 more expensive.

They call Elmhurst barista blend because of the way it opens up coffee, not because of how you steam it. In my opinion, Oatly has a more heavier taste than Califia. I much prefer Califia together with Elmhurst.

I completely disagree with you about the definition of barista blend. Check out Oatly FAQ: www.oatly.com/en-us/random-answers The addition of oil increases the barista's ability to steam it and make foam.
