I don’t think people quite understand that on our day of judgement, it’s just us there. No member from your church congregation will be there, your spouse, your kids will not be there to hold your hand, your favourite actor, song writer, whatever it may be; it will not be there. It’s just you and the almighty. I live in fear every day that I will be cast away into the fiery pits of hell. I cannot begin to imagine what eternity will look like being separated from God. All I know is, you can’t trust anyone, not even yourself. All you have is your Bible and your prayers, thats it. Just like to throw it out there that the southern Baptist convention is not a proper representation of all Baptist. I think what happened to them is the same thing that happened to this country and to the united Methodist churches. We all fell asleep at the wheel and trusted the wrong people we didn’t check up on them often enough to hold them to the proper standards. We’re gonna have to drain the swamp and tear down and rebuild some of our institutions and then guard them and watch them with the ferocity of a wild jungle fixated on and coordinated by God to remove the people in leader ship positions that don’t need to be there. Follow the Bible and not your own desires. Shout out to the real Baptists out there and not the fake ones running the SBC(Southern Baptist Convention).

Catholics do not believe that the pope is sinless, or infallible. The pope can, and does sin, hence why he goes to confession every week. The pope also is not infallible, Catholics are allowed to disagree with the pope, the pope is only infallible if he speaks ex cathedra. Catholics believe that when the Pope speaks in this way he has received divine revelation from God, but I tell you this is rare. The pope has only spoke ex cathedra twice in history unprompted, and the current pope has never spoken ex cathedra. While I’m at it I might as well talk about some other misconceptions. The reason we believe in confession is because of in the bible it states: “If you forgive anyone’s sins, their sins are forgiven;” (John 20:23), this practice has deep roots in scripture. Many Protestant denominations for this reason have “accountability buddies” which are basically the same thing. Also for Mary and the Eucharist, did you know Martin Luther believed in the immaculate conception of Mary, exacting her, and he believed the Eucharist was the body and blood of Christ, this was only a recent Protestant belief that these didn’t happen, but every Apostolic church believes this. Also why wouldn’t the Eucharist be the literal body of Christ? Christ says “this is my body” and that was the belief of the church for the first 1500 years of history. If his final act was really just symbolic then what power does some stale bread and juice have? We believe God is literally 3 persons one nature, we literally believe Jesus was fully God and fully Human, why is it so hard to believe that the Eucharist is the blood and body of Christ? Also did you know, about once or twice a year the Eucharist turns into literal blood and flesh? You can look up these occurrences, so if they are heretical and this is wrong, how does this happen? Then on the topic of miracles there is the saints, and incorruptible body’s? I assume you haven’t heard of this, so look it up, it’s quite interesting, but in simple terms, every now and then a saints body will be found incorruptible, normally body’s after around 3 days i believe become stinky, and rotten, then decompose, this is why people have to embalm body’s so they can be preserved during funerals for an open casket. But tones of saints have been found incorruptible, this means there bodies have been perfectly preserved without embalming or anything of the sort… if Catholics are heretics, how is this possible? Then to continue with saints, you claim “Mary Cannot hear us, see us, or communicate with us. She is dead.” But this has so many problems since in hebrew they describe a great cloud of witnesses qoute: “we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight and the sin that clings so closely, and let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith” (Hebrews 12:1-2). So what does this cloud refer to? Saints in heaven most likely, but further proof, in the old covenant the jews would call upon the names of the great prophets, in the name of david, and mosses they would say. Or another bible verse proving this is Timothy 1:18 “may the Lord grant him to find mercy from the Lord on that Day” (2 Tim. 1:18) here we see paul pray for the dead, then finally in 2 maccabees 12 they describe praying for the dead saying: “On the next day, as had now become necessary, Judas and his men went to take up the bodies of the fallen and to bring them back to lie with their kindred in the sepulchres of their ancestors. 40 Then under the tunic of each one of the dead they found sacred tokens of the idols of Jamnia, which the law forbids the Jews to wear. And it became clear to all that this was the reason these men had fallen. * So they all blessed the ways of the Lord, the righteous judge, who reveals the things that are hidden; 2 and they turned to supplication, praying that the sin that had been committed might be wholly blotted out. The noble Judas exhorted the people to keep themselves free from sin, for they had seen with their own eyes what had happened as the result of the sin of those who had fallen. 4 He also took up a collection, man by man, to the amount of two thousand drachmas of silver, and sent it to Jerusalem to provide for a sin offering. In doing this he acted very well and honorably, taking account of the resurrection. 4 For if he were not expecting that those who had fallen would rise again, it would have been superfluous and foolish to pray for the dead. 4 But if he was looking to the splendid reward that is laid up for those who fall asleep in godliness, it was a holy and pious thought. Therefore he made atonement for the dead, so that they might be delivered from their sin.” (2 Mac 12) This pretty much proves that you can ask for prayer from the dead, or pray to them, like if you ask your pastor to pray for you, why is it not okay to ask Mary the mother of God, or Saint Peter to pray for you? There is no mediator between God, then I suppose you better not ask your mom to pray for you next time you’re struggling? But you may say maccabees isn’t a real bible verse! Because you do not believe in it, but may I point out the flaws in this? Martian believed in sola scriptura, but to start his new church that has the belief in sola scriptura he took out seven books of the bible? That’s wild, I must say. Now here’s more depth on the whole Catholicism and sola scriptura, because you believe Catholics go to hell, and the Protestant church is correct let me point out some more flaws For one there’s like a million Protestant denominations all claiming to be right, and I must say the splitting and changing shows an unstable church. Also some Protestants treat Catholicism like the devil, but they fail to acknowledge the time from right after the apostles died, to the year 1054 (the great skizm), so would all Christian’s in that time be heretics? And those that don’t agree with the Catholic Church also probably would have the same problems with orthodoxy, (like mary, the sacraments ect) so that means roughly 1500 years of history the Protestants just ignore… poor christians, evey single one for a millenium going to hell yet believing Jesus is God that seems awfully cruel of god and not in his nature, wouldnt you agree? then we get to the core difference between Protestants and Apostolics. Apostolic churches believe in apostolic succession, having claim to being the one true church because of all the bishops being appointed by previous bishops going all the way up to the 12. The Protestant churches don’t have this claim, so instead they say the ultimate authority is the bible, but this is also deeply flawed. Without a church and magisterium how can the Protestants ever know fully on what the bible says? Well they can’t, this is why we have like 4000 different denominations. This gets even worse considering that the church made the bible. The bible was not just magically conceived, the church in around 382 I believe came together with all the the bishops and officially decided which books would be in the bible. Because remember, the bible is not one book, but a bunch of different books that are Deemed sacred combined into one. (Also I will say, the 12 apostles founded the Catholic churches) but if the bible Is the ultimate authority, then how did that come to be? Well, the church composed it, and that seems widely forgotten. Also another thing that makes it make less sense is that the bible never once states it’s the ultimate authority, instead saying the church is. “And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” oh but i suppose they did for a millennium, but we do not speak of that. To Make matters worse, the bible doesn’t even once mention itself, so how can we say something that doesn’t recognize itself is the ultimate authority? Or some more forgetting of history, the printing press wasn’t created till around Luther’s area, so how can that be the ultimate authority if most people couldn’t read, and didn’t have easy access to it? But the final piece of evidence most destructive to Protestantism is if the bible is the ultimate authority according to Luther, then how did Luther have the ability to just remove seven books from the bible? Like 7 is a lot of books, and if you’re claiming that’s the ultimate authority this is a giant fallacy. But you may argue the catholics added these books to the bible, and martin was just restoring it! But you forget, the catholic church made the bible, and while they made it they decided all the books that would be in it right then and there, so if martin can just remove books freely, then that completely destroys sola scripura. A huge problem plaguing the Protestants is most of them don’t know the gap in church history between the early church, and Luther, so they don’t see these massive issues. It’s quite sad really. Now that I have “disproven” Sola scriputra, and I tell you where the church does get its authority from, you can see where these “additions” come from. The church was given divine revelation about Mary, and the sacraments from the Apostles, the same people who wrote many of the gospels.
