Among the other pieces of information, now I know why you've always been talking about a mist/thin coats of paint first, and only later thicker/wet coats.

i have never understood why so many people say paint all your parts on the sprues. that makes no sense at all. there is so much work that needs to be done to each part before painting that can not be done with the part connected to the sprues unless you dont really care what your model looks like in the end.

4:40 just a little tip for other poeple, definetely dont put your fingers on the edge of the rubber tube, because sometimes those thin copper wires can sometimes cut you really badly

Two boys messing around in grampas garage. The visiting friend askes about the dusty car in the back corner. "Hey what's that?" 9h that's a car my cousin started working on before he left for the Marine Corp. It was going to be a drag car when he finished, now my grand parents won't get rid of it since he died. I think he had done a lot of work on the motor, and fixed some of the body damage. I'm wanting to ask about working on it with my grandpa, but I'm a little worried he'll get upset.

Hello. Thank you for showing us high quality plastic models every time. If you like, could you be my teacher? As a Japanese person, I am very happy to see how much Japanese plastic models are being made.

Damn, the part that i was really interested in seems to be missing entirely - i don't think there's a part three? I am wondering at which stage things like window trim, head and tail lights (the backing for them, rather) etc gets painted, and how you glue things like wipers etc onto the clear coat. Great video, great idea for a video too, just sad it's (the series) not finished.

hey Jun when it comes to the supports on your prints they should be able to just fall off very easily you really shouldnt have to cut them. i would lower your support % a little bit and go from there. just my input

Is their a way to give them the abilitie to roll, if you were to choose too
@JunsMiniGarage20 күн бұрын
It has the ability to roll on stock wheels, I glued the aftermarket wheels on so they can’t roll but you can add a couple of rods to the wheels and make it roll if you prefer.👍

I am a beginner in scale modeling, I have build two tamiya cars before. one the EFINI RX7 and the other the R32. I am planning to build this but I was wondering, will it look good without painting the body? Will it look good with the molded color?
@JunsMiniGarage20 күн бұрын
It will look very plasticky and toy-like if it’s not painted and polished. Painting is highly recommended.👍

thanks a lot ! reallyyyyy useful tips and tricks ! I don t have tricks for scale modeling atm but when weathering painting and weathering 3D models for cinéma or animation, I'm trying to vary materials as much as I can, even when parts are close. for example in a motocycle engine, I'll try to have 3 or 4 différents variation of one metal.
