I just ordered some amethyst from Le Stage Minerals and it is simply the best quality amethyst I have ever seen. They shipped all the way to Singapore within a week by courier. Thank you for featuring them in this video.

Settle down hippies. In case you can’t read, or listen, this is all old stock. The elephants are long-dead and there are, rightfully so, laws in place that more-or-less ban the importation of new ivory. It’s done. People can only buy and sell antiques and the REAL PROBLEM is China.

Lapis lazuli used by aciant Aratta civilization which became famous in Sumerian civilization Way before Egyptians who started using Lapis lazuli and turquoise stones from ancient civilizations in West Asia. Also Lapis lazuli in those times only was found in Afghanistan region which always been part of West Asian civilizations.

I understand this ivory came from elephants killed many years ago (this guy had nothing to do with it) and this is merely recycled ivory from old piano keys, but everything I find online states that ivory is illegal to sell, cross state lines, or exported, no exceptions. You can’t even sell an old piano if it has ivory keys. Any mention of ivory on in a post EBay will be immediately pulled. That’s what I found.

Doublets are thin layers of opal glued to a background that makes the colours stand out more, its a scam... if those where actual opals from australia that are not only fluresent but photofluresent he would have like 5 million or more worth of opal in this video.. cause they are doublets and triplets they are worth dirt compaired to actual aussie opal... you can tell you have proper opal by getting a blue light/uv light and shining it on it, it will glow, when u turn the light off.. it will glow for a second thats how you telk its aussie opal

I'm not sure about this seller. He isn't really giving straight answers. He must be a forgein seller who doesn't mine. Prefer to buy from miners. Its not marked up again by a third party.

Use of Lapis lazuli predates Egypt. It was used by the Sumerian (Akkad) by the Annunaki and Mesopotamia cultures and by Babylon. All three above cultures are known as the Biblical land of Shinar. And that Lapis being displayed here is top gem quality. Gorgeous gems.

Who would of thought? Turquoise? And he had to think about that!
@canadiangemstones76363 жыл бұрын
Improperly conducted test, or intentionally faked? A quartz crystal tip is fragile, a brick could break it. Perhaps the turquoise is stabilized? Let’s see the result of quartz vs a flat slab of this turquoise.

Completely incorrect description of this Archean sedimentary rock, but nice example for sure.

Wow, where we mine this goes to waste like earthing else by the millions of tonnes, for approximately 30+ million tonnes of ore there is about 3:1 waste ratio and "tiger iron" is often a part of it
