I was 13 in 1970..70s were great..the 80s were awesome! Then the 90s changed everything..life was simple as a teenager in the 70s.

In his own way this man was a straight up dawg. He is part of rock and roll's first generation and was still relevant 50 years later. RESPECT!

I totally agree that he should be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They do not make music like that anymore. They are winners in my book.

I've heard that the Eagles lipsync their performances, but Neil still sings live even at 85.

This was the kind of stuff I was exposed to throughout the 70s as a kid when my parents were playing stuff on the turntable. Sedaka, Captain and Tenille, Paul Simon, and then in 1979 my father brought home The Wall album by Pink Floyd and my life changed forever.

The house rule (when I was a little-bitty kid) was that if I could stay awake on my own, I could watch "The Midnight Special" with my dad.😊 I'm so glad that I got to see the acts that you mentioned. I will also never forget when he brought home "The Wall". I was a little older and when he was at work, I would blast it on his " sound system" . Those were the days! Lol
