If it comprises plastic, why is the nozzle made of plastic?
@ThatDeltaBravoКүн бұрын
I think you mean "compromises." One could make the assumption the nozzle was designed to handle the product, and is something you only use short term anyway, meaning when the can is empty, you throw it out. Brakleen, which claims to be the first brake cleaner, came out in 1971. One could make another assumption that any firearm that came out before then, and even most after 1971 that had plastic before the polymer used today came about, were not developed with industrial strength cleaners/dissolvents in mind. So... Yeah...

1 hour ago did a test patch to remove duck tape off my 2006 mercury grand marquis using a sponge lightly damp in gasoline while it lightly rains. Question does using gasoline effect paint or clear coat or both and how so ?

@@ThatDeltaBravo no I was just asking if the person was still driving it after all of these years later. I had a 76 chevette scooter 1.4 - 4spd and only option was an AM radio white on blue vinyl. Got it at 17 back in late 79' because of the gas crunch I never liked the car I stepped down from a 68 barracuda formula S. 340- spd and it was gas thirsty on premium fuel for a weasel piss 87 octane chevette strange enough it was in our family for 30 years I traded it for the barracuda even trade. They rattled non stop and very slow car.

I chose a sccy over a glock when i was tryna be economic. Worst mistake of my life. Now im stuck with a broken trigger sccy and tbh it ALWAYS had problems. The stock mags are TRASH. you need to get a pro mag to even shoot it without it jamming. Worst gun you can buy.
@ThatDeltaBravo2 ай бұрын
I never had a problem with jams or the magazines, but the trigger is what made me switch. I originally got a SCCY for a pocket gun, and the capacity and size was hard to beat at the time.

All I ever do now is spray the crap out of everything with breakkleen, air-hose immediately until dry then spray with rem oil and wipe down. I started doing this with my 10/22 because I shoot it a lot and got sick of cleaning it old school. It does have a magpul synthetic stock on it. After 10 years now It’s fine. It might be a tad faded but that could also be from many hours in the sun. There’s no obvious signs that the breakleen did anything negative. I wish I knew this 40 years ago lol.

Green lever has fuse M213 on the top and your missing a safety clip on the level and a ring clip. And a black oring between the grenade buld and head to keep water out. Just saying. And you pull pin can be put in the other cross hole to keep striker hammer from striking the detinater cap . In case you make a bobo.
