My 22 Yr old son T is 4.6 nmol and his had a year of low T symptoms, Underweight and also a dexa scan diagnosed osteoporosis. I'm so sad for my son, I have a private endo appointment for him and I want him on T but also to find the route cause. His got subclinical hyperthyroidism to amd I've sent a test for his SHBG. I've been researching for him and as a woman on HRT with osteopenia, I understand the importance of hormones but its been interesting to watch videos like this and so education.

This was a good advert for testosterone and GH use. Not so much fast lifting 😅. Especially the repeated use of pictures of Jay Cutler 💪🏻

LOL, men were hacking each other to bits with swords and axes centuries before steroids was ever invented. He's the truth, if I give you a suit of armor to wear in public, you will be a lot more inclined to face a challenger than if you were without one. Kids have fits of anger and throw things. Are they suffering from roid rage? If not, what is it? Besides, I've known far more small, men with rage and anger than I do big strong guys on steroids. In fact, its usually the smaller guy that instigates the arguments wanting to prove something. Just because someone is fit, or has muscles doesn't mean they're suffering from roid rage simply because they get angry or upset. And don't even get me started with all the raging women running around these days. I've seen women drive their cars into one another and into buildings. Do we say they're roid raged too? Modern women are far more vicious than modern men. No steroids necessary.

I just saw my NHS endocrinologist today, I had come off the gel and started injecting myself with testosterone enanthate, sub q. He had never heard of this or micro dosing, its like being in the dark ages in the UK

Im on TRT from my endocrinologist for low T, and have been prescribed sustanon 250 1 injection every 3 weeks. I had to come off previously due to the ups and downs it caused, However now im back on sustanon with testogel to be added on the 3rd before the nexk injection, Do u think this will be better for me and avoid the empty feeling i had last time and keep my levels up…?

Thank you for this conversation. I don't know why the AI debate is so polarizing. Like all things hormone related, your milage may very. Some men get on trt/anabolics and lose their hair, or hairloss accelerates. Other men have minimal or no hair loss. Estrogen is the same way. Some men have bad signs and a high numbers, some guys have bad side effects on very low E2, and some men seem to have no issue irrespective of numbers. I am a high aromatizer, like insanely high if left unchecked with side effects. I think the issue is less about numbers and more about feelings. I begin to turn into a bee yatch with a crabby attitude and start getting extremely bad acne and oily skin when I know my E2 creeps up.

I wonder how many decades it takes GP's start to understand these. I talk often to a physician student who is kind of "afraid" to graduate since she undertands many things and knows she is forced to treat people against her knowledge by these false common guidelines they have to follow. I guess this is worldwide problem, at least in western world. I cant see anything but big pharmacies making these guidelines to sell more drugs. So when testosterone will obviously make people more healthy equals to less drug selling causing T will "never" be a common guideline treatment, you have to push to get it unless you go to urologist who is positive about TRT. Luckily I found one and he warned me GP's are not going to understand and try to convince me Im a fool taking anabolic steroid but I let it go out of another ear since they simply dont know.

I wish TRT clinics could test / treat prolactin levels for their patients. It makes TRT so much better to have prolactin in range. Cabergoline has a bad reputation because of the side effects of Parkinson's doses. It's like telling someone you can't sell them 1 beer because drinking a 2 liter of grain alcohol is bad for your liver.

Keep Telling yourself, subtle slower improvement over time is the healthiest and best way. I went in wanting subtle slow improvement. I’m on week 6, after three weeks there was like a 10% improvement in energy, motivation and libido. I could actually get out of bed and work for an hour or two vs avoiding any work(work from home) or personal responsibilities. At week 6, about 30% improvement, don’t feel like Superman just killing it like I did 10 years ago(age 40), but almost normal where I feel like I won’t get fired for underperforming at work.

@balancemyhormones I do, I feel great. I've boxed for 40 years from the age of 16. I was in the gym 2-3 nights a week doing 6 x 3 minute rounds then home. Since THT, I'm there 5 nights a week, I do 10 x 3 minute rounds punch bag, followed by 300 weight torso twists, 300 crunches. Then I finish with 15 minutes in the speedbag, none stop. I feel like I'm in my twenties again. THT is the best thing I've ever done. I'm dropping the Clomid down, though, as I think my libido is bit too high.
