Excellent video! What I really like is that you guys went technical. TRT is not a trivial thing and requires experience and deep thinking. What a refreshing change versus those who simply tell people that high estrogen is great and never causes cancer! An idea for a follow-up discussion: How do the various forms of testosterone impact someone's TRT, especially short-lived (cream, prop) vs long esters (enanthate, cyp).

It doesn't and never has in any study...only the uneducated think estrogen causes cancer

23:00, so, the minimum on blood, needs be more than 800ng/dl of test before next injection ?
@abcdefgh440412 күн бұрын
Mine is 1.000 ng/dL but I use undecanoate so peaks are not so high. Below 900 ng/dL I do not feel good.
@balancemyhormones8 күн бұрын
The ideal testosterone levels can vary, but many practitioners recommend being above 800 ng/dl before your next injection for optimal results.

Anastrozole gave me hip ostheoarthritis on long term (even super Low dose after every shot).

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Anastrozole. It's important to listen to your body and consult your doctor about any side effects you might be experiencing.

For sure. Nowadays Just T shots and nothing else. My hip ostheoarthritis I can manage through collagen suplements and especific stretching and strength exercises.

He mentioned that there are ways to help with sleep apnea and a mask being only beneficial for 300 plus people. To control RBC what would be the alternative to the mask for the sleep apnea oxygen level?
@balancemyhormones17 күн бұрын
Great question! There are several alternatives to CPAP masks for managing sleep apnea, such as oral appliances or positional therapy. It's always best to consult with a healthcare provider to find the right solution for you.

Plz make a video on nasal TRT (natesto ) Apparently it’s super short acting and doesn’t shut down your natural endogenous testosterone ..and can be used long term without HCG or whatever .. But I need your expert panels opinion plz Thanks ❤🙏🏼
@MazzlepazzleАй бұрын
Sounds absolutely useless. How can it help with good levels if it's "super short acting"? Probably use it 20 times a day? Then of course your willy-balls/natty-levels will be just as fckd as if you would slam the good old needle into your poopercheeks, like a real man. I rather do that 2 times a week than sniffing this stuff all day long into my poor nose (unless there's also some pharma grade coke in it).

Thanks for your suggestion! Nasal TRT is an interesting topic, and I'll definitely consider it for a future video. Stay tuned!

With the high red blood cells etc, could nattokinase treat this?

I did 3 phlebotomies in 2020. Stopped doing them since then. My rbc remains the same now. Donating is not the solution just a quick fix. 17-18,5 is “normal” if you on trt. It’s the platelets that has to be in range not too low or too high. That’s more of risk.
@balancemyhormones15 күн бұрын
Thank you for sharing your experience. It's important to monitor your levels closely, and you're right about the significance of platelet counts. Always good to stay informed

What about the AI effects on Cholesterol?
@keithnicholsmd6896Ай бұрын
They destroy it
@balancemyhormones13 күн бұрын
That's a great question! AI does have the potential to analyse cholesterol levels and patterns, but it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional for personalised advice.

Imagine being this far into the game and not comprehending aromatization and intracrinology. Glad many of us are out here picking up all the broken pieces from men being completely wrecked from AI use and frequent phlebotomizing.

It's definitely an important topic that often gets overlooked! Understanding these concepts can make a huge difference in hormone health.

Whenever I want to see a regression in my knowledge concerning testosterone, especially in regard to AIs, estradiol, and cancer, I can always count on Dr Rand McClain assisting me in doing so. I am now dumber for having watched this video. This man has no idea about the physiology of testosterone and how it works at the tissue level.
@balancemyhormones13 күн бұрын
I'm sorry to hear you feel that way. We appreciate your feedback and encourage viewers to explore multiple sources to get a well-rounded understanding of such complex topics.
@keithnicholsmd689612 күн бұрын
@@balancemyhormones Dr. Winge and I will be discussing the harms of aromatase inhibition very soon. Dr. McClain has no literature at all to support what he does. No study supports utilizing an aromatase inhibitor on testosterone therapy and no study shows that estradiol causes cancer in fact it's just the opposite. Giving women estradiol or raising estradiol in men with testosterone reduces cancer incidence. Not a single study where we gave estradiol to women or raised estradiol in men caused cancer but instead reduced the incidence of cancer. If men listen to this video and follow the advice of Dr. Rand it will cause them harm
