thank you for your explanation, i have an issue at the part of " FAB " 18:20 , what did you do before drag and place the button, In my case, when i drop it (whatever the button is) it doesn't go on the image but at only between each feed, i mean they already went to go as a component(avatar,authorname, and image) so it blocked !!! ... if i can see your layer information i could... edit them. but ... i don't know. please let me know. ! :)

I'm a product manager. This is great for me because I can generate designs during and after the product strategy, testing, and business planning immediately and collaboratively with business stakeholders and customers without having to use a whole team of designers. Maybe a junior designer would be useful to sweep up but that's it (that means that kind of designer becomes like a tradesperson like a plumber or cleaner...?) Product managers will be the new full stack designers!

The most important thing that I learned from this video was the fact that I have SO MUCH to learn. I'm currently the only UI/UX Designer in my firm and we have not adapted Figma variables or even design systems in our workflow and I know we desperately need to get it in there. These are some great tips for best practices around organizing and using variables in Figma. I actually had no idea that each collection could have its own mode-that is incredibly useful. I assumed that the modes stayed the same across all collections since there is a limit to their number without an organizational account/plan, and never looked into the issue. This always limited my use of modes in my work-I can’t wait to put them to better use now!

Just use Axure. Figma sucks at prototyping, especially at this variable nonsense. It takes forever to do and if you have revisions good luck, its gonna take even longer.

A big part of what is missing here is Governance. A design is not just sent out to a bunch of people arbitrarily. Yes that would result in chaos. Part of the collaboration process is to share, collect, assimillate and communicate in an appropriate way aligned with the intended goal. This takes strategy and governence in order to be a successful approach. I have my approach, but I wonder if there can be some best practices.
