And LODS: let me disagree, even the Potato PC can handle LOD 0 (the highest ever) polycount easily (tested myself on old desktop R5 3600+RX 580 and on my potato laptop with Ryzen's integrated graphics first and it's GeForce 1650 then --- quite equal!) LODs are not causing the LAGs)))

I bloody need the opposite: how to increase polycount and smoothen the top without losing the bone weights.... I really hate these 4-poly Maxis clothes...seems they are playing Minecraft instead of working, even Quake III still looks better than that crap they push on the market in 2024

I know this video is already older but I love how you explain stuff. Will you ever do a video on how you make lights? I loved the neon lights in your oh la la! set and would love to kow how to make the lights like that with the realistic black parts on the light but I'm a bit stuck on it

How come blender has not imported the old UV map from the reference table? With me, even after I deleted the reference table, the old UV map on the left is still there - it is not a blank, grided square like you have. Do you know how to get rid of the Maxis UV Map? Thank you

I made a chair cc following your vedio.i colored it in blender，not sp.When in blender ,there are some highlights on the edges of the wood legs，it looks pretty nice.But when i jump in game,the highlight disappeared. I put your chair in game ,too.I can see highlights on your chair. How can i improve my chair？should i paint the highlights with photoshop?

Yes ! Lot of creators actually makes their textures in photoshop. You can export the UVlayout from blender to help you define the island and manually add whatever details you want :)

Hi! I have a problem, the eges wont become rounded. at 26.03 min, the angle won`t become rounded with the rest, just makes some weird edges, the problem is just at the arm where the angles meet, can`t seem to solve it, anyone got the same problem?

I love this set, I have it downloaded but can’t figure out how to use the crib with my newborn sim, I’ve tried the invisible crib mods and the anchors are all too high and the newborn is clearly floating :/ is there a newborn crib mod you’d recommend for this specific crib to work please?
