Nice to see footage of the old Seafair rink! I thought the place shut down earlier in 1994? I guess it was 1996? Thanks for Seafair arena vids though! (I saw the other one too from 1995 you shot) Do you happen to have more vids or photos of Seafair before it closed?

I really miss the '90s. It was such a unique time-a perfect balance. We could explore the internet but still enjoyed a life offline. The internet was the wild west back then and it was awesome!

But Disney ruined Star Wars when they didn’t bring back all the OG cast members because that’s what fans wanted. What would have sold and fans also wanted toys that where not over priced just cause it has Disney on the name when action figures cost $5 to $10. No one wants to pay $25 or more for a Star Wars figure that’s not an o ring figure. But a cheaply made modern type fragile action figure that the limbs snap off.
@calixa2 ай бұрын
@JoePal-c3n normal, regular sized Star Wars action figures are $36 to 47$ at the Vancouver Toys R Us. I'm not talking about the Black Series either...just the small ones seen in thise video.
@JoePal-c3n2 ай бұрын
This will never happen again unless George Lucas remakes Star Wars and does the fans right by bringing the real cast all back together and those whom can’t CGI to replace them. lol 😂 and to bring in some strong characters or build on parts of Star Wars in between like the Mandalorian. Or have the Siths chasing down the Jedi’s leading up to Star Wars revenge of the Sith 4. Just an idea

I remember a G-Spot 420 add. This 420 has been brought to you by Visine. "Visine", because it keeps you from getting fired. Also brought to you in part by ZigZag Whites, because the blues are horsepaper. Went to some random parties driving around looking for something to do in the middle of the night.

Man, that’s so epic. My wife and I were in Vegas, for the first time of many, in march of 97. Most people of that era didn’t know how critical it was to keep the camera still. Hats off to your pops, he is better than most. Thanks for sharing.

If anyone is interested, I have an audio tape recording uploaded on my channel of my Grandfather in this video talking about his early life in rural Canada. It was recorded and the interview conducted by his daughter for a school project in 1974/75. The tape then lay dormant for 48 years until I digitized it. It is a very cool listen and intimate look on how life was back then and how he came to live in Vancouver, BC and Richmond, BC. He was a great man with a love of family, the earth and gardening. He was a carpenter for Woodward's for decades. He impacted everyone's lives beyond measure. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oqHRgptsfaZ9b9U

@calixa6 ай бұрын
No, we never did get a dog. And if it weren't for this video proof, I would never even had known that we were even considering getting one because we already had 2 cats. One of the cats is a famous cat. KZbin Search: Big Bullseye Tabby Cat Meowing to see him in the year 2000 in all his glory. His name was Dickie, or MooMoo. In the video here, you can hear someone asking about Dickie being accepting of a dog. And my Dad says something in the background to the effect of "No, he wouldn't be accepting, I've seen it." That's because my Dad got a Blue Healer puppy in 1990 and brought him over to my house on the very first day he had him and Dickie infamously scratched his eye very, very badly upon meeting him. There are also videos of the Blue Healer, Cobber, on my channel, one very recently uploaded 30 years ago to the day. He was a crazy, deaf from birth dog. Thanks for viewing! Sorry for my tangent! kzbin.info/www/bejne/e3SrgaF9lJ6daqc

He grew up to be 6 foot 3 200lbs and doesnt easily fit inside the drivers seat of the specific 1982 year that is his favourite. But he is only 44 and there is time for a mid life crisis purchase if needed.
