I was having a problem with moving the anchors for start and end point of the text. The trick is to click the short straight line next to the white box, not the box itself!

Very helpful, thanks. One more step I needed: in the Content Aware Move toolbar, near the top, "Transform on Drop" is checked in this video. If that isn't checked, when you drag the moved object, it moves but leaves a copy behind. In that case, to the right of "Transform on Drop," click on the white checkmark to really move the object.

Hi. Is there maybe a possibility to wrap the text around (the other a little bit bigger) text? Not talking about wrapping around the text box, but around the shape of the (bigger) text letters? I tried that by converting the large text to object and it works. However I heard that printing houses do not recommend converting text to objects. This is why I would like to wrap text around text ('s shapes). Any ideas what to do? Thank you.

Thanks. Is there a way of converting an ordinary page to a Master Page? I have created a slideshow layout which takes account of all the page heights (which doesn't seem to be taken in to account when having different browser heights. When I try to copy everything to a duplicated blank master page . I lose all the break point settings.

Watching in 2023! This is a great tutorial for an Illustrator rookie like me. I'm using Illustrator 2020. I'm surprised it doesn't have a custom shape tool like Photo Shop. Go figure. Thanks man! 😊😊😊
