If you change both pre filter and hepa filter then do you have to press both filter check buttons at the same time or one after another i.e. first pre button then hepa button ????

Thank God for these videos. Found a Miele Vacuum a few years ago on the road side - someone was giving it away but I still forget how to change the bags. Love this vacuum.

I have a Miele Marin Complete Model C3. There are THREE filters. 1.) The small white “meshy” pre-motor filter. 2.) The HEPA 50 hour filter, with rigid sides. 3.) The black “charcoal” or “carbon” filter, which is on the lid of the machine, and visible from the outside. WHERE CAN I GET THIS BLACK FILTER, and what is it called? No help from the local shop, or Miele USA! Mine got wet, and stinks!

I am about to venture in my first replacement of filters I am worried about doing the electrostatic filters, and and wanted to say thanks to the person mrmeach1967 from 2 yrs ago for posting the E and M entry procedure.BIG HELP. Well here goes let you know how it went. might record it and post it to help others do the same. if it works for me.. !!!!

UNREAL!!! They designed this so that you MUST have a bag in it in order for the door to close properly!!! WHY???????

What a well made video, it was informative and much simpler than I thought it was going to be. I have to say l laughed when you stated, “First remove the plastic protective wrap.” I’m not claiming to be mechanically inclined or even handy… However, l was 99.9% positive that I had to remove the plastic wrap. Much thanks and sincere appreciation. Vacuuming Grandma 👵🏻 P.S. I knew how to change the felt and foam filters, I just wasn’t sure where to find the HEPA filter. Thanks again.

My premax filter tray is as if sealed. It is NOT detaching from the section above as shown. Also, the arms don’t stay out … is there a trick to accomplish that? Suggestions? This process is hard every time but I’m not sure it’ll separate this time. It’s very frustrating.

I even have some issues removing the prefilter from the HealthPro Plus sometimes... and I've used the unit for over 11 years, lol!🤔 It is not the easiest filter to change, for sure. That said, these 3rd party filters don't really look like they are of the same quality you get from IQAir.
