well that sucks... this sounds simliar to 80s 90s clearcoat delaminaition where factory paint jobs were being mixed incorrectly or not waiting long enough for the base coat to degas before applying clearcoat... hope when you do it again it works as it should since it's their fault for giving you the wrong tech sheet are they giving you a break on the paint they absolutley should take the blame and help out.
