for anyone wondering where to upload a copy of the copy of the i-94, when you submit the application online under the application "documents" section you can upload unsolicited evidence. That's where you can upload the pdf of the i-94 (which you can get online) and any other copy you may want to include (for example the advance parole stamped travel document). Hope this helps!
