Thank you for your video, i submitted my DACA on august 7 2022 and I just got a letter of approval 9-12-22 less than a month. And my card is in process of being produced. for anyone wondering where to upload a copy of the copy of the i-94, when you submit the application online under the application "documents" section you can upload unsolicited evidence. That's where you can upload the pdf of the i-94 (which you can get online) and any other copy you may want to include (for example the advance parole stamped travel document). Hope this helps!

This is done AFTER you submit the application and pay the fees. In your USCIS home page, find the recent I821D application or I765 application and find the documents tab then on there you can upload this evidence. Not sure if it's even required to be honest, I had very conflicting suggestions online. I'll lyk if anything comes up.

Don't renew your employment authorization too early or they will start taking.some months away ....example ...mine used to expired on March ...and now it expires on January...and the second time ..thy tock another 2 months away...now it expires on November.....I noticed the starter taking months away from me when ni was renewing 4 months earlier....that is why I wait until 2 months to expired

I did a quick research online and almost every comment I read was saying to put C33 for that information. Do you have any advice on how I may fix this? I have a difficult time trying to talk to a live representative. I did recieve a receipt of notice from them, and my case is still being actively reviewed and its been about a month. They haven't emailed/called me or anything. Do you think creating a new form and submitting it is ok? Sorry, just a bit anxious because of the ruling the 5th circuit judges may rule this August.

For the eligibility question my previous application says C 33 but for the new one I put No lawful status. I'm worried about that but It was proved before even though it was wrong. Thank you! This was so helpful. It was my first time doing it alone and it was so easy.

C33 is the correct category on paper. Online it’s NLS. Let us know when you get approved.

Hi , for form I-765 for the employment Authorization, it asked “place of your last arrival into the United States “ on all my previous daca renewal documents I put San Ysidro CA , but this is my first time doing it online and it doesn’t provide San Ysidro as an option . What do I put ?

Did you guys all get charged the full $495 amount? When I submitted it online, it told me that all I had to pay was $410 and I didn’t see anything else to pay. I already received the notice the forms were accepted and are currently under review. It wouldn’t allow to submit if you I didn’t pay the full amount right? I wonder if my question can be answered. On the question that says, what is your current status or category? As a DACA holder it supposed to be NLS. But what if you’re waiting for your green card? I mean my spouse has submitted the petition and has been approved but I have to wait for the waiver I-601A to get approved. So, on that question as answers choice it has K3 that says; spouse of a US citizen who is beneficiary for petition. Would that be the right answer?

120-150 is recommended so your DACA doesn’t expire. You will not have problems but remember that once it’s expired over a year, you will need to submit as new application and those aren’t being processed atm.
