Never had that happen with Elk, but have found 5 deer antlers all within a 20’ radius. None were matching sets either! Nice find man.

Same going on in Nevada... You apply for draw elk for years as a resident but if you have money you buy Governor's Tags for $250K+, hunt with an army of trophy hunters, drive the bulls to the hunter plus HUNT WITH A RIFLE IN ARCHERY SEASON...!!! I know they passed legislation, etc. as this brings monies into NDOW but takes bulls away from archery hunters that have been applying for years... Rifle during the rut is similar to poaching but if you have $$$ it is OKAY...!!! Hunting has become a monies game for Guides, Subguides and the States... We have hunters running other hunters out of public hunting areas as if they own half of the mountain... If you are a 400 inch bull you will have a bounty on your head and you will be dead before anyone else has an opportunity... Big business, hundreds of trail cams, dozens of guides/subsides, etc... HE'S DEAD... NO CHANCE... TAKE MY PHOTO, SEND THE HEAD/CAPE OFF, KEEP THE MEAT AND GET ME BACK ON MY PLANE...!!! Not all are like that but getting to be more than not...!!!

Absolutely disrespectful to the animal to be scoring it before it's totally done being field dressed and on ice. There is plenty of time to score that bull back at camp and he isn't going to get any smaller in that time. Complete group of losers that only care about the score. Do better

I found a single 5 point once and walked over the hill and found the match laying next to a 6 point set. As I was picking them up I glassed across the draw and found 2 more. When I picked those 2 up I walked like 10 feet and found another brown 5. One of the best days I've ever had. One was the biggest shed I ever found at the time. 5 out of 7 were browns too. Another time I found 3 65+inch sheds within 5 feet of each other and none were matching.
