Watched the whole video, was good to get your comments on what cards are popular etc. As a new players, I am curious about a few things. These physical cards, I assume you can scan them and add them to decks? What does a Special Edition version of a card denote?

these physical cards are just for fun collectables. they don't mean anything really. special editions are the foil/holo cards at the end of each pack and are just a more rare edition. each pack comes with a qr code to claim an AP pack in game. if you'd like a few of the packs shoot me a DM on twitter.

i've been working on aetio actually. one of my favorite paragons. here's the current list, but there's a big problem. everyone runs miasmancer to stop universal decks, but it also stops aetio. still the best otk in the game though. the video outlines the full path, but simply put: 1. sign up, get the free deck and skip the grind to building a strong deck. 2. rank up on ladder and apply to exile! (or a bond of your preference) 3. get access to nft cards via your bond and start earning prime. bonds have a bunch of keys to lend out too, but definitely enough for everyone so i'd assume you'll earn those. so no, you can't directly earn prime with these decks, but they'll get you there for free much quicker.

if it's occasional crashing, that's just the state of the app. new game, expect crashes to be improved. if you aren't able to play at all, that's different. please open a ticket with the team.

As a new player I have to thank you for the Lemieux deck ideas pre-PF, I was able to climb to Diamond II surprisingly easy with your recommendations (missing rares), but now I'm down to low Plat, just hanging on there, very hard to compete. I'd like to maybe switch to a Cath burn deck, but I'm waiting for your new ideas where to invest without spending a lot of money. Really appreciate your input!

Against a kathari you need bannerman with effects otherwise they will snowball! A trigger happy trooper is more flexible but also hurts you abit but not so reliant with effects if your not so lucky with draw.

yeah, always choose a bannerman if have a ps8 too. early removal is extra important against kathari. THT is a nice assault trigger though too.

opensea.io/collection/parallel-on-base This collection is all on BASE which makes it much cheaper to purchase. Not everything is cheap, but this is where you should be looking for additional cards. The cards I highlighted in this video are ones you should look to add. Next video will cover universal cards. Planetfall (the first expansion) will be coming soon and that will add more inexpensive options as well.

Enjoying your Parallel videos dude! I'm a crypto noob and I'm confused about buying on base, I want to get a starter deck. Do I need ETH in my wallet to cover fees or can I just pay them on base? Any help is appreciated, cheers.

Yes, you will need a little ETH for transaction fees, but it will be ETH on BASE not mainnet. $0.69 for me the last time I minted on Base. portfolio.metamask.io/bridge this is the metamask bridge, go from ETH to BASE and send a few dollars extra. I've got a future video coming on this question, but so you don't wait: Astel's Glaive, Lancer Tank, & Wong for sure if we are ignoring cost. 3 very strong legendaries that stay on curve. Master Poisoner (usually just 1) and Black Market Fixer are popular choices as well. Alternatively, if you go for Earthbreaker Cannon you'll have a mid-late game finisher and in that case you also want to add Noura, Hand of Unity. Cheap legendary and she turns all your units into Vehicles. Regardless, your deck also gets stronger from removing vehicles you don't want to draw early from the deck. Crimson Fleet pulling Mantis/Unstable on T1-2 is not nearly as helpful as pulling Longbow or Glaive.

Ah yes, that's an improvement I've asked the the team to implement. In client needs a way to display missing cards. paralleldecks.life/code/ I like this website. Same deck code will pull the complete list. You can do the same on Parallel.Life if you navigate to the deck section. If you've already added the deck in client, it should be complete on the website (though occasionally the deck section on the website doesn't work due to ongoing updates).

Love the ideas, particularly Cunning Scipian having a muster and creating at the start of turn. Agree with Mournful Delta getting completely countered by banish, also sucks having just 2 health. I use traitor atm as it's just more reliable card draw. Perhaps it could draw a card as muster and then max 1 more draw per turn the first time a unit is removed from the field. Also, Cohorts would be awesome if you had the choice, for example: At the start of your turn if you don't control a Gnaeus' Vanguard create a 1/2 vanguard with defender or a 2/1 vanguard with battle ready. I doubt the team would ever change the quantity of legendary cards even with the unique system you suggested so I'd just give Magna a straight buff. She's my favourite card but it's hard to get good value. I'd make her a 3/3 and get rid of the triple muster trigger condition. Or a different variation: Muster: deal damage equal to this units attack to any enemy unit. When Magna attacks do 1 damage to the enemy Aftermath: Draw a card

Oh those are fun suggestions! I agree, my Magna suggestion is never gonna happen, but thought it was fun enough to share. I like you're tweak. I'd settle for some kind of indicator on the card, but probably easier to just let her have all 3.

I'd love to. My friend built a really awesome Arak deck, but I'm missing a ton of important cards. Working on crafting some so I can play with APs in the mean time. Need bonds and/or echoes so I can get more cards!

I agree. Augencore felt unnecessarily nerfed. It is a difficult deck to get good at and some few players just learned to play it well but for most players Augencore gets countered by Marco and Kathari decks early in game easily. Augencore was just made weaker and even more more unbalanced to its detriment

Hey thanks for the comment! Augencore did get hit a little more than I think was necessary, but they are still in good shape. Arak & Juggernaut Workshop are both still tough matches when I'm running Marco. Not sure what you are running, but going first w/ Workshop against Lemieux is a huge advantage (though the match is tougher when going second).

Out of curiosity, have you tried this deck with some variation with Nehemiah? Or maybe Shoshanna?

Not really no, but they'll both work pretty well still. Shoshanna isn't trying to go fast like this deck, but much of it still fits nicely anyways. Just a different play style. Stewards can help you trigger Shoshanna earlier. Nehemiah can be played pretty similarly to this deck and a turn 3 7/7 defender is no joke. Plus she can pass defender to an Axeman/Mizra too. I just prefer the Gaffar buffs, but give it a try and let me know!
