Hi John, Yes, you absolutely can, just head to the Ticket Office at the base of the Top Of The Rock, and they will scan the pass and issue a regular timed ticket and you can choose any date in the near future, which is exactly what we did. The only caveat is this counts as using the pass, so as long as you are using the pass anyway on the Saturday, you can 100% do this! As for the 9/11 you need to be there at opening, preferable 30+ minutes before, we were there nearly an hour before and were right at the front of the Pass queue, and got right in, but again once there you could time later in the day if that suits better, then head straight over to the freedom tower and do the same. Virgin still tends to be the airline of choice for us, especially for the longer West Coast Destinations. BA has been getting some really bad press as of late, and we will be checking them out soon. Delta actually offers a really good premium on it's transatlantic routes but we find availability is not as good. This means we always tend to just find ourselves booking Virgin. 10 hours is a really long time to spend cramped up in economy, and the upgrade really does make that time a lot easier with much better sleep opportunities Have a great flight

Don't worry too much, the 787 upper is still a great cabin and it's definitely better than the a330 (we actually prefer it to the newer a330neo and the pods are just too coffin-like! ). The A350 is our favorite, but it does wear quickly, we have been on aircraft just a couple of months old that look battered. Maybe they will change the airplane but sod's law means they rarely change the plane for something better...at least with our luck Vera is getting very poor, it was even worse on our last Virgin flight! kzbin.info/www/bejne/g2i3q5aCfd1nedU

As annoying as things like that are, its usually for broken plane reasons and obviously it's better to not take any risks, but its still a shame your original flight was cancelled. Connections are a pain and those older A330's virgin uses are pretty tired, glad you enjoyed your fight home however Thanks for your feedback Steve

This trip was in May, but it's cold pretty pretty much any time of the year. At least in November you will avoid the May Grey and June Gloom that can blight the Bay Area in the Summer, you might even get a late autumn heat burst...

Unfortunately they have stopped the haircuts since covid, but the Clubhouse is still an amazing lounge, probably our favorite "Business" class lounge anywhere - kzbin.info/www/bejne/lZPNl6JmZ7inbrc We were really surprised how well the aging 787 cabin holds up. The seats really are not as bad as we feared, and the overall service and experience was still amazing. There are rumors of an refresh, but we kind of hope not as it's nice to have a few options for upper class. We loved the bar as well, there are social spaces on the other planes too but non as cool and "insta" worthy as the bar area! Have an amazing flight!

Yes, that was our plan too. The Bus gives a great overview of the City so you can get the feel of the place. We only didn't as the weather on Day one was really bad, so we waited so we could enjoy it a lot more! Thanks for commenting Steve

Honestly, this is more suited to snorkeling than Diving. From the bottom its a bit barren and wastlandy but from the surface it's teeming with life and really fun. There is little in the way of reef so you are just cruising around looking at rocks from the bottom.

Unfortunately we were staying in the City and gave our hire car back as we arrived. As you are planning on using the Hop On Hop Off bus you could look for parking somwhere on the route, outside the center, such as the Museum Campus. Here you will find all day parking from $30 and can use the bus to get into the city center. Be sure you catch the last bus back though or you might have to Uber/Walk back to the car

Yes, the 787 is actually a better Cabin, especially if you want to sleep. The A350 is our favourite currently.

It really is a beautiful area of the Island, a little manufactured but still really pretty, a lot nicer than the Waikiki area.

Oh wow! Little did any of us know when I shot this video the feast would be destroyed in the coming months? So glad you can all watch it back and take some pride and pleasure in what was once so amazing. Hi, yeah Battlefield is defiantly more for the tourist shooter. Experienced shooters may find the experience lacking in terms of involvement. But many people in Vegas are just looking to do something they just can't do in their home towns. Battlefield certainly fits that bill! Thanks for Watching!

Don't discount the 787 for night flights, the bed is a lot wider and allows more sleeping positions. You lose the privacy, but gain a bar, and on the whole, while it's not as Instagram-friendly, it's actually still a really good cabin. We are trying to give an honest Review, not everything in life is sunshine and rainbows. People are paying their money they should have the right information to make their choice. Yes flying Upper/Business class at it's worst is still 1000% better than Economy at it's best. But there are other Products and services on the market and people deserve the correct info to make their choice. So we point out the good with the bad, there is a ton of positive in the review, but we don't just gloss over the negative to give a rosy picture to look good on Social Media.

Hi yeah the new Beds are surprisingly restricted. We loved the privacy but it does mean you feel a little like you are in a coffin. If you get chance, try the A350 row 1 seats, these are even large than the regular ones, yet still the same price, and give you loads and loads of legroom.
