I don't understand why people love this event so much. The conga line of people doing through the houses largely ruin any scares you might get.

For a video game House, I’d personally love to see Fallout, either an already existing Vault experiment or a non-canon Universal original. And I’d also unironically love to see Fast & the Furious be entirely themed around Beetlejuice, just as a lil silly reference

I like a lot of rankings but insidious should be number 1 by far! Best house since I’ve been going the last 4 years

I went a week ago for my very first time and let me tell you that I left from Universal feeling so satisfied. All of the houses were so good in their own way and it fulfilled my expectations, and more! Eternal Bloodlines, Major Sweets Candy Factory, and Insidious are in my top 3 as of now. Can’t wait to go back in the future years and be fully part of this amazing community.

I always feel that Universal is at its best when they are working with originals than IPs, just always seems more creative to me

@@Cooperwooper73 For the most part, I agree. I find myself once again loving the originals more than the IPs this year but honestly, this year’s IP houses are really solid too.

From the Hollywood perspective, our facades can be a bit... lackluster. Bride of Frankenstein was one of the only ones that stood out on the year I went, and that wasn't exactly stunning. However some from the past I've seen (that I'm SO sad to have missed out on) was From Dusk Til Dawn (They had to rename it to simply 'The Twister' but it looked enormously fun) and my absolute joy, Crimson Peak. Of course out here we also, for a time, had the year-round version of The Walking Dead which naturally had an impressive line experience throughout.

I’m not sure if it’s due to the day i went and weather being a little off but the scare actors seemed bored and not into it this year. Also the scare actors make-up and prosthetics seemed weak compared to previous years I’ve been. It Felt like a lot of them were wearing masks with the quality of spirit Halloween rather than cool make up and more realism.

I do not like the fantasizing that hhn does no wrong when other halloween events are more consistent
@DreamportProductions
@DreamportProductions 15 күн бұрын
@@ghostdoom3218 that’s a valid argument and I agree that other haunt events do deliver a pretty consistent lineup (Knotts Scary Farm for example) but I do think that this event does have holes and isn’t all around perfect. The scarezones range from really fun to really dull and the park does have a lot of dead space that pulls you right out of the HHN mood. When it comes to the houses though, I do think they are very consistent for the most part. I don’t think HHN can do no wrong but also I like to focus my content on what I enjoy and find interesting about the event, especially this year.
