What's the seat depth? A lot of chairs I sit in have shallow (22" or less) depths, and you feel like you're going to slide out of the chair!

just bought mine second hand but cant adjust the lumbar as there are no handles... it also came with normal height adjustable armrests. is my chair real ??? if it is, is there any way for me to get the little handles for lumbar and 4D arm rests?

I don't have a screw in that hoIe just had a D shaped nugget aligned to the left that with knife I can jam rightwards to gas the chair back up?

Yes! This worked. My favorite chair was driving me nuts by sagging all the time. Fixed!!

Are you able to remove the back frame if it has the headrest? I have two leap v2 chairs, one with the headrest and one without and I was able to remove the frame for the chair without the headrest, but for the chair with the headrest, the same socket wont fit. Do i need a extra then socket?

FYI-!! There is more! The seat depth mechanism inside the cushion has a leaf spring, which causes most of the squeaking noise!😉

Just got mine, and there's some play in the seat after installation. It tilts up and down slightly. Is that normal?

Arghhh!!! Worthless! The seat does NOT just pop off like that! how do you remove it? The top bolts do NOT come off, they just come loose and the seat cannot be removed.

Do they make a chair for people that are heavy but don't have fat wide asses? My seat cushions are usually dead after 2-4 years.

Thanks! I had looked at the dozens of change-the-cylinder videos on KZbin and couldn't figure out why mine wouldn't allow me to set the height. I'm glad I found your specific video about Aeron chairs and the need to adjust the set screw! That made all the difference. Pro tip for large people: I did make the mistake of replacing the cover only to find out I needed to turn the set screw again after the chair started to sink again under my weight . Popping the cover off a second time, I broke one of the clips :( Still, I'm so grateful for this video and the crucial, extra information contained in it!

I decided to wait on officelogix's headrest ever since you commented on my reddit post that you're working on the headrest yourself. Cancelled the officelogix order and now looking forward to it. I really hope it's available in pink. Looking forward to it. SO pumped for it

Hi Dave! Thanks for the video. How has your Billiard chair held up since you bought it? I love the various colorways and how comfortable/soft it seems to be, but I'm concerned about longevity/durability e.g. will it start pilling over time and attract lint? I work from home and am front of the computer for about 8-9 hrs per day. On the smaller side at 5'2". Trying to decide on the best fabric and comparing this to the Era and Cogent Connect for the Leap chair
