I live in a pretty rural area and I usually spent all my time online and looking at people living in the city and wanted that but now that I’m older and more tired I want nothing more but to live my life peacefully I don’t care for materialistic things anymore I want peace and I want a calm life

They sleep on futon. Extremely comfortable and cozy. I've had the best sleep of my life on them.

Is this for the cameras? Besides being inspiring it's totally unrealistic in a Western society...the mom would be exhausted from the night feeds of the baby and dad would have to catch a coffee and get to work. If mom is working then baby is left with a sitter or in daycare. Also the setting of the table, really? Everyday you set up the table like it's a hotel room service? Doesn't it get repetitive and too much work? Don't you only need after all a healthy breakfast without the decorations to sustain you through the day?

Why so negative! Maybe the child isn’t fussy or husband works from home and helps. Maybe they’re wealthy and don’t work. It’s realistic to those able enough to manage schedules and routines.

She is showing great honor and respect for a long held tradition in her culture. I am honored she chose to share it with us as it's lost more each day. Traditional Japanese breakfast and so much about these traditional kept things should be shared and cherished for future generations.

Not all Japanese people cook this kind of food every day, but I think there are more people who do it every day than in Western Europe or the USA. My breakfast today was similar to the video. As you can imagine, women in particular are expected to cook the kind of food in the video every day, do housework and childcare, and also work. However, looking at Instagram reels, many housewives in the USA are also working, cooking and doing housework and childcare, so I don't have any hope for marriage.

This is a nod to older traditional ways of living. She is keeping something alive that is dying in our modern worlds. Compare it to native American cultures and the native tribes of many lands.
