What about insects and birds? Don't they sit on the fruits and ruin them? How do you keep them away?

So if I caught your method right is to use the astringent varieties and assuming while still hard or just starting to soften? Thank you for the video.

Thank you for watching my video.💕 I use astringent persimmon varieties when they are still firm. If they are overly ripe and soft, peeling can be challenging, and they may darken when exposed.
