A decent performance BUT personally, I would have put the bassist on lead guitar and Dick Taylor on bass. Dick originally started out as a bass player, but his guitar solo here was just so basic and lacking fire. He also couldn't replicate the straight forward riff of In the square, instead just playing one note fills. No wonder they never played this Opus after Pete Tolson passed. Tolson was so good that they really only played Havana Bound from his backlog

Each time I am more amazed by the Pretties. You can feel and see how much they have progressed musically without losing their wildness. Knowing that a guy like Peter Tolson sent a famous band to hell makes my heart warm.

Skip makes that affront, that savagery and just comes back and KEEP PLAYING. That really heavy bass at 2:00 with the drums and organ, absolutely fantastic. Pretties never let me down. Without Beatles and Stones, I'm fine, thank you.

More entertaining than Iggy Pops peanut butter extravegansa. They just don't make drummers like that anymore. Excellent ++++ . Thank You. was covered by Kim Fowley a year or so later in the USA, but no contest.

Viv was the first, Keith soaked his style in stage side , Carmine Appice, Shreve technically and Bonham sonically and theatre Viv was the nan of the kit IMO . Skip carried the torch higher than all .

And once again. Who shot the performance? Who decided to pay for the whole procedure? The French. At the same time the English watched Jimmy Savile and taped it. And then destroyed the tapes. At least the English bands performed. As 20/12/70 Black Sabbath in Paris. The Pretties were the Great Unknown.
