I really liked Seasons 1 through 3, but I just feel like Season 4 was rushed. I actually think the band made sense for the characters, though not the cheerleading, that definitely felt cliche and weird.

From the absolute heights to the absolute depths, DEI did what Thanos could not - it destroyed the Marvel Multiverse. If only we could go back in time five years...

I loved the mood of the first 2 seasons and I never understood why did they not continue in that direction, there were more than enough material to do so from the comics...I wish they'd do a remake and continue with the spooky theme from where season 2 left off... Bc I think I have never watched anything with more disgust than Sabrina from season 3 and maybe Game of Thrones from season 6 (I guees?)

part 1 had potential. I remember that. It had an "Addams family" kind of vibe which was cool. But part 2 was just boring "satanic Hogwarts" with Sabrina dating a new guy.. like no. what happened to everything good about the show? Sabrina just became toxic and annoying, more than she was before. part 3 was fine. it was kinda boring, even with the new love interest slash villain. but part 4 was just rushed and a complete garbage fire. just a fanfiction fan service mess with the worst ending, which the writers kinda tried to fix by having Sabrina show up on Riverdale twice with a semi-explanation of how. the show should be rebooted. #rebootcaos2023 #continuecaos2023

Love this video! The only person to blame for the way this show went is Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa. The show creator and the man behind the original comic...which was A LOT better. He loves inserting musical numbers in all of his shows. We should of already known based on Riverdale really. Like you were saying the first musical number we got I was like "tell me this is not happening." Then basically the show went downhill and never looked back. Such a shame because they had such a great cast with excellent chemistry. Kiernan Shipka deserved better as did the rest of the cast. You look great btw. Subscribed 👍

I enjoyed the 1st and 2nd season of the show as well, but everything just started going downhill on season 3 and finally ended on the trainwreck that was season 4. The show's plot kept getting messier and messier and by the last season I did not care about almost any character and it was a slog to get through those episodes just to see how it ended.

I also really liked the themes of grief from WandaVision. I've seen a lot of people saying they weren't happy with the ending because the final boss fight was unsatisfactory or didn't include Strange or Mephisto or actual X-Men Quicksilver, but I really loved how a boss fight wasn't the point of the show. Seeing that Wanda was wanting to move on and was trying to deal with her grief properly in her backflash episode helped me feel satisfied with the melancholy ending because I knew Wanda was okay (or going to be be okay) with how it ended too. And honestly after all the fighting and carnage of Infinity War/Endgame I was glad to have a break from messy battles. Of course Vision wasn't going to make it in the end, but seeing Wanda own up to her mistakes and realize that she didn't need to keep her little fake world with her fake Vision was super satisfying to see for her character. If not for the whole Scarlet Witch narrative that's leading her to more movies (which I'm super excited for), I think her story could've satisfactorily ended with this show.

I honestly think Thanos is a better villain.

One thing that drastically sets Thanos apart from other villains is his role in Infinity War: He is the protagonist. Thanos is a self-proclaimed hero with a seemingly impossible mission to save the universe. He's willing to face the most powerful beings the universe has to offer, even gods. But that doesn't deter him. Thanos fights impossible odds for what he truly believes is right. And he wins; he doesn't completely defeat the Avengers, but he overcomes their efforts to stop him. He saves the universe and gets to enjoy a beautiful sunset after a job well-done. Thanos is the hero of his story, and that's why he's such a good villain.

The DCCU is at somewhat of a disadvantage, when compared to the MCU: The characters of Batman & Superman both have long cinematic histories, going back decades, and associated with other actors. This has created a lack of continuity as to which actor, and which version of which character, is the audience supposed to associate to which role? For example, when people see Ben Affleck, they will automatically compare him to Christian Bale, and even Michael Keaton! And then they will also need to remind themselves that these latest films do not even follow the continuity of either those earlier franchises! This itself is a big hole to dig out of. And that is even leaving aside all the issues that C.F. raised in her review. WB should have brought in the crew from, ‘ Batman: The Animated Series ‘: Bruce Timm, Paul Dini, Curt Geda, Etc., and let them work their magic here.

When writing these kinds of stories what's important to remember is not what makes these Characters Super it's what makes them Heroes/Villains. Their powers is all secondary what's matters the most is personality and motivation.

You cannot just compare Steppenwolf with Thanos.

One other thing to think about. Thanos was set up over several years and several movies. Steppenwolf was just thrown in at the last minute. We had years to develop hate for Thanos. We didn't even know who steppenwolf was, other than that Born to be Wild song.

We live in a world where a movie like shazam tops justice league the avengers. Movie that shouldnt ever be toped by another solo movie thats connected in its own franchise
