Thankyou for watching. Our Maldives stay was at the end of November through to the start of December. We had at least one full day of rain but generally the weather there was very nice, and it's always HOT so great for swimming regardless.

Hi guys, amazing videos! Ihuru and Vabbinfaru are the best ❤ may i ask you, in which month you have been there? In december and january the current used to be very strong , but on all of your footage the weater seems to be very quiet.

Our honeymoon was late November and early December 2023. There was a few moments where the water was a bit rough, but for the majority of our stay it was very calm. Thankyou for watching!

I don't remember exactly but like most all of the resorts it's very pricey. We did receive a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival in our room though. If you like your alcoholic beverages I think it would be a good idea to include a drinks package in your stay.

Not 100 percent sure. From memory I think our speedboat transfer was included with our resort stay. We travelled from another resort to Grand Park instead of disembarking from Velana airport

Thanks! This is just one of the many places there one could call heaven. They have 172 separate resorts across almost 1200 islands in the Maldives, so the hardest part about visiting is choosing which island resort you want to stay at. Just more reasons to come back in the future!

There is plenty to do if you're prepared to spend the money. I recommend you have a look at the Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru website for a list of facilities and activities relating to the island.

Hola Andrew y Tina. Felicitaciones por el video. Muy bien logrado. Tengo una pregunta, veo que fuè publicado el 3 de Mayo, pero ¿en què fechas fuè filmado? Queremos con mi esposa ir precisamente a Dhawa Ihuru, pero no estamos seguros en que meses podemos ir. Sabemos que de Enero a Abril no te puedes equivocar, pero los precios son muy altos, estabamos pensando entre abril y diciembre, que mes tiene mejor visibilidad, porque la verdad, de ir es estar el 80% del dìa con luz natural bajo el agua haciendo snorkel. Gracias y saludos,

Thankyou, our honeymoon visit to the Maldives was during late November through to early December, and any poor weather we experienced was short-lived. Especially our first day in Hulhumale when first arrived, it was raining alot.

Wow, the house leaf is really close and looks good. We had been thinking about it until the day before yesterday, but this time we finally decided to go to a new resort in Raa Atoll. Next time, I definitely want to go to Dawaihuru and Banyan Tree. The videos are so cool. Happy honeymoon! Do you have any plans for your next trip to Maldives? I wonder

I think it's safe to say you can't choose a wrong resort they are all incredible, Enjoy. We also stayed at Grand Park Khodipparu during our honeymoon, so expect a few videos from there soon. Would love to go back to the Maldives but not plans as yet, it's a very expensive way to enjoy yourself 😆

What is the underwater environment of Dawa Ihuru like? Is it better than Banyan Tree? Are they both great?

I really enjoyed both, but from my experience I'd have to say Ihuru has a better house reef. The edge of the reef is very close to the shore line, and even the staff at Banyan Tree recommend it to us. Have you visited either before? There is some very nice underwater footage of Dhawa Ihuru on KZbin, but if you subscribe you'll see more of it in my videos that are still to come 😊

@@AndrewandTina I have not been to both Dhawa Ihuru and Banyan Tree yet. I am very interested in Dhawa Ihuru because I heard that the underwater environment is good. My husband and I were currently trying to decide between Dhawa Ihuru and Ifuru Resort (new resort). I subscribed and liked it. I’ll be waiting for a lot of Maldives videos!😊

@user-dc5eq4bl5y you won't regret it. Vabbinfaru opened almost 30 years ago so it's a bit more of a traditional style resort. The benefit of staying at either Vabbinfaru or Ihuru means you will have access to both resorts via a speedboat. So you get 2 resorts for the price of one stay. You could split your stay between there and Ifuru resort. Thankyou for the like and subscribe 👍

We spotted a friendly sea turtle grazing just outside our Villa during our honeymoon stay at Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru island resort Maldives and I decided to go and take a swim alongside. It was an amazing experience being my first ever live encounter close-up with a sea turtle in it's natural environment.

The weather leaving Velana airport was dark and gloomy, but upon arriving at Vabbinfaru it seems like the clouds cleared away from the island just for us! Making the island even more amazing. The staff at Banyan Tree are all very friendly and welcoming too 🙏

Upon arriving at Valena international Airport on it's very own island, situated between Hulhumale and the Maldives Capital city of Male, we caught a taxi to our hotel for a night before heading out refreshed for the first leg of our island resort honeymoon stays. This scene gives an insight to how some of the locals live and is a stark contrast to the images you imagine when hearing the word Maldives.
