Thank you for the video. This is similar to an indian dish called tepla/debra. We add veggies to it before cooking and we make them thinner like pancakes. May give this a try as it is using the same ingredients but we make it a bit more spicy.

Thepla is like Methi ki roti which we North Indians make it on Tawa. Socca is completely different and is made in oven. It is crispy on the exterior and very creamy in the centre

I tried this recipe over the weekend, and it was so good. I had some of the hung Yoghurt mixture left over, so used it as a sandwich filling.. OMG! That was also so tasty.. please try it if you haven't before👌🏻

I don’t know where you got this information. I am a thyroid patient but with physical activity and healthy balanced eating my thyroid dose has been reduced from what it was 20 years ago. You can eat everything in moderation.
