There is reason why people in Germany think so negetive of rich people and actually the PEOPLE are right. 95% of capital in Germany are not earned, but inherited. So, Germany is a country with a very high level of real corruption, "Vetternwirtschaft", Vitamin B and other ugly, evil things.....THIS is the REAL PROBLEM!

GDP=Consumption +Income + Gvt Expenditure + Net Exports [Exports -Imports ]. 90% of the Goods are being exported . And they adopted a currency which they cannot maintain this is Euro same money used with Bigger countries I.e Germany .These countries manufacture and exports millions of goods . A place to just make a holiday and if you’re students I don’t advise to study here because you might think after you study they will offer you traineeships or jobs . But you will not rather speacilize with your studies ,you will end up doing same jobs like Assylum seekers meaning you wasted time going to school . Corruption is very high ,and it’s done in a more sophisticated way they prefer cash and it’s hard to trace the roots which make it a place of many laundering machines via the low tax schemes . Also , when you’re in Cyprus welcome to a Prison . You will only do the same thing everyday .

No longer the top destination to retire. Since 2004 when it entered the euro and 2008 financial crash it has become one of the most expensive countries in Europe. Rent are now really very high and there is no NHS therefore you must have private insurance. The good is, the weather and the people are the friendliest I’ve met. Ps, lived there from 1994-2014 and experienced all the changes.

The fact of the matter is that anywhere in the world you live you will find things to like and find things to complain about. In small countries in particular probably more so. At the end of the day it's a personal preference and you have to take what you perceive as good and what you perceive a bad and beside if it's for you or not. Your personal opinion as well as your limited experiences meaning it's not like you live there for 20 years or something really has no bearing on what anybody else thinks or experiences. I find that most people will move into a different new country for them and then start complaining or picking it apart because of what they were used to and left behind. What's holding you back to return where you came from???? In the end this is nothing to do with good or bad or honest or dishonest it has to do with you wanting to be online and monetizing your time as a content creator.

Many places in Cyprus are very ugly. The island is very dusty , the municipalities never clean the streets with water ,if u live here u have to get used to breathing dust everyday which is bad for health. I need here much more cosmetic products than in Germany. Pharmacies are very expensive and not so good.the face cream i buy in Germany costs 15€, here 30€ Supermarkets have got more expensive this year. Everything is overpriced. Next thing which annoys me how many people here smoke cigarettes, there isn't a single cafe where u can sit outside and enjoy without someone smoking next to u. Sir pollution is slso very bad, i see here many very old cars which are forbidden in other countries, probaby those cars don't even have catalyser. The only beautiful thing here are the beaches and the cats. When i leave here i will definitely take a cat with me.

Jesus is coming back. Are you born again? If not, secure your eternity today. You do not have to go to hell. Jesus paid the price for all your sins. If you want to be born again Say the following prayer but you also have to believe it: Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins that you was buried and rose from the dead the third day. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior.

6.19: take a REUSABLE CUP OF YOUR OWN. You're not caring about the environment at all in this beautiful country that you love. Think about all the rubbish being produced every day. Forget so-called climate change (a con), but think about the obvious - rubbish and the chemicals we use in our homes and take a step -go out and BUY YOUR OWN REUSABLE CUP, TAKE IT TO THE CAFE, WASH IT UP IN THE EVENING AND TAKE IT AGAIN THE NEXT DAY!!

I'm from Cyprus. The best beaches are on the North side of the island. I know this is not a view that people subscribe to because they are blind but it's a fact. I've been. I've seen them with my own eyes. They are stunning. And the best thing.....no one is on them. Empty

Hi sir, I am interested into moving to Cyprus and heard from one of your broadcasts. You said that the hidden cost for an apartment in Cyprus has a utility tax for sewage for lights for road and munitycipalty tax’s which I understood some of them are percentage of the house and some of them are with a fixed price I talked with a few real estate agents about buying a house in parlmini close to portaras and they told me it’s about €150-€1000 a year. What should I take in consideration? Thank you very much. My name is Amit

It is very important that the North says yes to unification while the South refuses. This is because there are many Turkish foundations and private properties in Southern Cyprus. So, in the event of a unification, the side that will be most harmed is the Greek side. That's why they opposed unification. The second issue is that the Greek side has isolated itself with restrictions. Today, while Turkey is only pursuing peaceful coexistence, the Greek side has very different expectations. However, things are developing differently. Just like in Turkey's coastal cities, there is incredible development in Cyprus as well. Despite all the obstacles, new sites, roads, houses, and infrastructures are being built. And they are sold at a third or a quarter of the price in the South. From the very beginning, even on the first day of the coup, I had wished these things wouldn't have happened. I still think the same. However, people who think they have a major power behind them are morally open to debate.
