I'm a huge fan of SCTV, and was beyond excited to own a very unlikely McFarlane diorama from that show.

Whoever is in charge at Mattel of bringing out figures either needs to be replaced or moved to another sector because there has been already a couple of times that figures fail to really sell the way they should've. There's still several vintage figures and vehicles that haven't been produced. Apparently the current employees are younger people that have no attachment to the vintage line that origins was supposed to be.

With better articulation and lower price i think i will wait to see what Mattel will do with the MOTU mash-up with ThunderCats.

I wonder what Mattel's Origins line will do with the ThunderCats license if Super7 is doing this? Honestly, I think I might wait for the Origins ones because they will have better articulation and really match with the MOTU origins figures I am already collecting. I am guessing the price point will also be lower as Origins cost less than the 30.00 Super7 price tag. If Mattel is doing mash-up ThunderCats Origins (like turtles of Grayskull) I won't be interested though, and will wish I ordered these. I wonder which company will make the better version?

Easy pass, And while staring at Mumm-ra and Lion-O concepts they look rushed to me. As if they are like "get them out of the door quick!" to get infront of Mattel releasing their figures next year. I doubt if we will even see the full Thundercats and Mutants team of figures with these from Super 7. (Really hope the Mattel figures will be Thundercats in Origins style, not a mashup. Maybe some extra Eternia style weapon with each one)

Yeah, I want re-releases too, preferably with added articulation. The MOTU ones will probably be crappy mash-ups like the Turtles of Grayskull. Dunno how I'd feel about an Origins line like the one in this video

If Mattel makes a Lion-O with removable gear/armor/harness like they usually do, it will probably be very superior to these. They just have to follow the original design, they already made a smooth trunks with Sun Man.if the superior part. Is a solid piece like Snake Armor He-man, I think it will turn out really well.
