How to fix it: Remove all these weird products, bcaa, pwo, whey protein, they are not good for you and they do not help. Go to sleep the same hour every day. No caffeine 6 hours within sleeping because it takes 6 hours for 50% of the caffeine to go out of your body, another 6 for the rest or so

Firstly I didn’t show whey protein, nor bcaa or pwo, I also don’t even consume any of these besides whey, secondly the stuff I do consume help with recovery as I’m an athlete and need them for recovery. I train 6x a week, and the objective of the video was to improve my recovery through recovery sources, like sauna, Ice bath and mediation, which is a lot more beneficial for actual “recovery” of the body than not consuming whey. Secondly I don’t consume caffeine right before bed or even 8 hours before bed. Nice to know people come on here to give advice when none of the advice given was shown in the video and aren’t professional athletes themselves. Clearly did not watch the video and just assumed, well done 👍🏻
