What’s with the long videos praising things. If you make it past three minutes and upon do not have critical info of what is to be sold: price, size, number of bd and ba, exact locations, mode of payment etc, you are just boring and frying the brain of people. Focus Abeg and stop praising

Beautiful building unfortunately there seemed to have been no thoughts of those who have mobility problems. There was no ramp for wheelchair access but only stairs to the reception. Unless there is another entrance, it is imperative that our builders are inclusive of all abilities.

There is another entrance through the basement that is not stairs. The lift in the building goes all the way to the basement so it can used from the basement.

yet the ROADDS EVERYWHERE REMAINS FOREVER TERRIBLE AND POTHOLES EVERYWHERE - AND YOU STILL HAVE OPEN GUTTERS In 2024 - atrocious- i as a ghabaian can boldly say with my full chest - Ghana and Accra is extremely overrated and the most overpriced in africa. Go to Capetwon, Nairobi, Kigali and see better infracstructure
