THE BANK OF GHANA NEW HEADOFFICE BUILDING IS ORDINARY AND UGLY!!!WHOEVER DESIGNED IT DID A VERY BAD JOB.FOR A $250M BUILDING,I EXPECTED A MUCH BETTER UNIQUE AND SPECTACULAR LOOKING BUILDING.
