Respected this cabinet until i saw the ryobi tools. I shouldn’t let that put me off. Regards the handle, if I had ryobi shit in there I wouldn’t want to open it anyway. Just my view. Do like Halfords advance gear never let me down

Hello sir! Can I ask if it's still going strong? Only I've had two of the brushed saws, which I absolutely love and work really well. I do use them regularly but the motors burn out after about a year and a half. I think it's probably the brushes so I'm wondering if the brushless will knock this on the head? Nice MN D99 in the background by the way!

Thanks for the video! I just recently bought this and I wasn't super happy with the results on preparing stair stingers for painting (the previous coat had to be removed). Am I correct, as I'm just learning now, that a random orbital sander would be much better for this job? Fortunately I will be painting it white so I hope the swirl marks will not be visible. I think I will also get the random orbital sander for future projects to not mess up the wood on final stages. Btw, I would suggest showing the results up close to the camera :)

I've got exactly the same problem on a K5. As have many others in this thread. My question is why are we tolerating this poor quality from Karcher? How many of these machines are ending up in landfill after only a few weeks use ? Burning up the environment and the earth's resources because of lazy thinking and trying to cut costs. Costing customers time and money . There should be a way to bring legal action against them.

Thank you for your great video - this is my first sander and you explained how to use it much better than the ‘instructions’ that came in the box! I’m charging it up now …. Also, great tip to be careful if the surface is to be stained.

Your grit is too heavy, you need 90psi at the gun and the compressor to keep up it will work great.

I could be wrong but there appeared to be moisture forming when you hit the tar. Is it possible you've no water trap? Sand blasting must be clean dry air.

When the tank is 'full' how are you emptying it? Are you just opening the release drain valve a 'crack'? I was wondering if I did that on mine if it would unscrew given the pressure and come out full blast?

@@Paul-2 yeah the time-lapse does make it look like I knew what I was doing but in reality it was probably the most challenging project I've done so far. Every job was something I'd never done before so it was a case of learning everything as I was doing it. Think the hardest part was figuring out what plumbing hardware I needed🤣👍

I've got a similar washer to yours the k4. I've had the same part leaking on mine which I have replaced but when putting it back together again and just turning the water feed on its OK for a brief second and then it's like the elbow has come off the part that it was pushed on to which connects to the pressure cable. I can't seem to figure out what it is that I'm not correctly

It looks just like our Craftsman (in the states), just with slight differences, ours has ball bearings sliders, but the badge placement and style and color and bar lock, I like to use the black rubber liners, it really makes it nice and quiet with no tools sliding around.

Hi Karl, enjoyed the video, I've got one of these Ryobi ergo kits coming today apparently it takes up to 3 hours to fully charge ,does the green charging led on the handle flash while charging and steady when full ,I have an older 3.7 volt ryobi screwdriver that just keeps flashing after long charges maybe a fault, but difficult to tell if fully charged. Thanks. Bob. sheffield.
