Yes, some of the goonz were toyed with before being eliminated. The one at 2:40... a handsome goon... was taken by surprise, then taken out by the sounds, but not sure how. Guess these guys didn't have much choice. At the start of this battle it didn't look like any of them could hit the broad side of a goon with a gun. Lol.

I think they all died, apart from possibly 3:00, although the one he was interrogating did say he was about to die so maybe he killed him off camera.

And it suffers because of the association with 'Allo 'Allo', which is a shame as for me it's one of the best war series ever, possibly THE best.

I suppose. There were some scenes that I expected to see the two daft RAF airmen and a "Policeman" who spoke very bad lingo. All in all though, as you said, Secret Army was a great drama series.

@@commandingjudgedredd1841 Yes, it was ace. Very realistic and it didn't overdo the action scenes, making it have a real authentic feel to it. Not everyone on the Allied side was good, not everyone on the German side was bad. That's what made it for me. Much as I quite liked 'Allo Allo' when it started I feel a lot of people let it influence their opinion of 'Secret Army'. Even now I half expect them to say "listen carefully, I shall say this only once" 😁
